A experiência deixou muito a desejar. Prometeram early check-in antes da reserva, mas depois de pagar tentaram negar essa possibilidade. Só cumpriram após eu insistir firmemente e exigir que respeitassem o que foi acordado, apesar de tentarem culpar o funcionário do turno anterior.
O quarto estava sujo, o banheiro em más condições, e a água do chuveiro era impossível de regular – ou muito quente ou muito fria. O isolamento acústico é inexistente: o barulho da rua entra direto, dificultando o descanso.
Além disso, os funcionários foram pouco simpáticos e nada acolhedores.
Não voltarei e não recomendo. Há opções muito melhores pelo mesmo preço.
