Unfortunately I had setbacks with the reception who did not want to extend my reservation for another day or let me do late check out claiming 100 percent hotel occupancy.
It turns out that this information did not correspond to the truth and I was able to make the reservation online without any problem.
Furthermore, Ibis budget Campinas announces that late check-out is for all stays and all rooms, as per the attached photo.

Really great value for money. What was left to be desired was the extra bed blanket which was very dirty.
Everything else is fine, especially with the reservation through the app.

I already sent an email saying that I couldn't attend the hotel, because I tested positive for covid 19 and asked them to reschedule my accommodation, but I didn't get any response.

The room does not have a telephone or fridge bar, it is very compact, but very comfortable, the bed is big, has good accessories and the TV is new. The shower and the toilet are separated, in a modern style, it is worth it for short periods of stay. Coffee, meals and parking are not part of the daily rate, but there is no exorbitant cost.

Parking is outsourced for a fee of 20 reais, a huge queue and only ONE employee, all confused, checking in and out. Next time better choose to park on the street. Parking service for the price should be excellent.
