Special praise to waiters and chefs - food and service were best of the best. Here I ate one of the best spaghetti “aglio olio e peperocino”!Renewed spa center without crowd (our visit was in December), nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. We’ll come back every year!

Very clean hotel, great service and good food, Walter was especially helpful.the food was good and plentiful, the spa was great but the price could be included in the hotel cost even if the cost per night was to be raised slightly, campitello is a very pretty town.

The hotel was spotless, the food was acceptable but certainly not amazing. The room was clean and functional and a big thanks to the maid for keeping it so clean for us. The biggest frustration for us wasn't the hotel itself but the time it took us to get up the mountain from the hotel. The lift is a 10 minute walk which is fine but it took us over an hour each morning to get to the mountain due to the volume of people. Totally inadequate and it wasn't even peak season. Be aware!

We stayed at the Park hotel diamant for the whole week as a group and with my 6 month old baby. The staff were very helpful both at the reception and in the dining room, especially the metres Massimiliano who was very attentive to all the guests but with more attention to those who had intolerances and to the children (especially the needs of the little ones). The cleaning was also very satisfactory. The rooms were super warm.

We spent a short stay in this special hotel. The courtesy and helpfulness of the Director and all the staff were exceptional. The reservation center was equally professional and efficient, ensuring impeccable management of our stay. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort, new bathroom with spacious shower and terrace with a view of Sassolungo. The kitchen offers varied dishes and every evening offers regional specialties. In addition, the hotel boasts a brand new wellness center, the ideal place to relax after a day of skiing. We stayed a week, 4 of us with a dog. Cozy and modern room, divided into two separate areas for us and the kids. Large bathroom, with a fantastic and large shower. Perfect daily cleaning, performed by very courteous staff. The room has a terrace with a view of Sassolungo, wonderful. Very good food, very kind waiting staff who satisfy every need

Continuous change of staff in the dining room where there was practically a different waiter every day. But the thing that left us most stunned was the management of the virus problem that practically affected all the guests, some more than others. Arriving on Monday, the management did not give us any information regarding the virus that was now circulating in the hotel and in the town, and only after the mayor's order on Tuesday, in which it was mandatory to boil the water before use, was this order displayed on the reception counter, without the management having the foresight to directly inform each guest of this problem. The result was that we were 4 people and we all got infected, ruining our days of stay. I think there is nothing else to add.
