Lovely place in the mountains. Nice simple rooms .Nice friendly staff
Beautiful beach 5 mins away with beautiful views.Not much in the quiet village maybe due to low season.
Only 20 mins to cartagena and 20 mins from la Manga

What an amazing gem. Used this hotel to explore the military history in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, clean, bed comfortable, large room. Views from the beautiful roof terrace are amazing. We used the hotels restaurant, although small the food was very good and great value. Breakfast was very tasty, what a bargain!

I rarely give negative reviews but feel the need to so as a warning. I’m afraid the attitude of the management of this hotel left a lot to be desired, and I feel was particularly negligent. After I had a nasty fall in our bedroom- caused by water on the floor which I had reported earlier - the management/ owner failed a) to produce an accident book despite repeated requests, b) to show any concern, or check whether I was okay in the days following, c) to honour compensation promised at the time of the accident and d) to respond to my later emails. This is not a reflection on the rest of the staff working there - they were all lovely to us especially Carmen.

Bad organization. Poor resolution of conflicts and incidents. Dirty toilet glass (change), broken toilet lid (repair is requested on the second day). Broken toilet lock 30 minutes locked up. There is no person in charge of maintenance The waiter tries to help, Paco the manager scolds the waiter and his only concern is that the door does not break, after 30 minutes it is my wife who takes me out of the bathroom by prying with a knife. The lock is no longer fixed during our stay. María Carmen the director offers us TWO FREE SOFT DRINKS as compensation, Paco reluctantly gives them to us, at 50 years old I was even excited that they "compensated" me for 30 minutes locked in a toilet with a soft drink. A shame because the rest of the staff was great and attentive. By the way: Paco tries to treat your colleagues better in front of customers ;)

I spent this Sunday there and the experience was unbeatable, the hotel is small and very quiet, which is what I was looking for and I was right. The rooms are very spacious and clean, all renovated. And to top it off, I value the treatment of the staff out of 100, all very kind and friendly. I hope they always stay like this.

Hotel tranquilo y familiar. El personal muy amable y muy atento , el hotel tiene habitaciones bastante amplias y limpias y por último pero no menos importante, el desayuno expectacular. Mari carmen se portó muy bien con nosotros, si no fuera porque en el pueblo no hay nada la verdad, volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

Non so come abbiano dato alti punteggi a questa struttura che più che un albergo sembra una casa per anziani con solo odore di candeggina e stanze che sembrano camere di ospedali forse le camere degli ospedali sono più accoglienti ed arredate. Con un pò di buona volontà si potrebbe migliorare oltre che la sala da pranzo era ubicata nella hall insieme alla reception ed al bar tutto li. Un albergo da incubo acquistato mediante smartbox. Attenzione non regalate e non comprate mai questi pacchetti sono una sola (truffa in romano)
