Expectations were not met. We speak little Spanish and mainly English. We booked a hotel package that included “spa access”, a wine tour (they only provide in Spanish), and a wine tasting and tapas (again, only in Spanish). When we arrived, we learned the spa access was a scheduled time that they slotted us into at 5pm for one hour. That was the only access, it isn’t available for your entire stay, only the time they give you. They send a confirmation email 2 days ahead of your stay, make sure to read it and all the details. We did not, as we were traveling, so we had to figure this all out when we got there. They were kind to accommodate our request to downgrade our reservation for a room and wine tour only after we learned of all these details. The wine tour was interesting but it is all indoors and you do not go out into the vineyards. The rooms were nice with large picture windows. The dinner at the restaurant was mediocre at best. It was a 1 star Michelin restaurant in 2019 and 2022, but we were not impressed. Very few people speak English at the hotel, so google translate was what we used to communicate. The property is beautiful and if you have the opportunity to spend some time walking it and enjoying a glass of wine, it is well worth it. We would not stay again.

El spa un fraude. Entre que son 60' por 55€ si vas de diario, entre los baldosines de las piscinas que los pisas y te haces daño porque están sueltos, la temperatura del agua, el olor a huevo podrido de la sauna húmeda, el flotaruim que pisas los kilos de sal, los azulejos rotos en vestuario..... El agua que te dan para beber con cal. Una auténtica vergüenza para un hotel de 5 estrellas

Ciekawy, duży kompleks hotelowy z winiarnia i spa. Znakomita lokalizacja pomiędzy winnicami w regionie Castilla y Leon. Wygodne pokoje, przestronne łazienki, dobra restauracja i winiarnia. Własne - smakowite wina -, lokalna kuchnia bazująca na produktach rolnych w okolicy. Znakomita okolica dla wycieczek rowerowych i pieszych. Chętnie tu wrócę.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Sólo lo parece en la entrada y el spa, pero el hotel no está reformado hace mucho tiempo. Lo han decorado, tanto pasillo como habitaciones, pero hace falta una buena reforma. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y los baños super-antiguos, ¡un horror!... Además el mantenimiento es un desastre... Las paredes marcadas, los rodapies de madera todos marcados, las paredes de los pasillos con goteras... Un desastre. Además anuncian que hay gimnasio, y cuando fuimos "estaba en reparación a largo plazo"... Esto es engañar a la gente... No volveré.

Acabo de visitar el hotel con la experiencia enológica, la más completa de las que ofrecen. El spa está correcto y bien atendido. La habitación tiene moscas, muy molestas por la noche. Los muebles del hotel están deteriorados y les falta mantenimiento. Punto y aparte es la barra del restaurante , te tienes que pelear para que un camarero estresado y quemado te atienda. No sirven mesas y estás compartiendo barra con la gente del pueblo que viene a tomar sus vinos. Todo el mundo cabreado, les falta personal y lo saben. El restaurante tradicional es correcto y el estrella Michelin también, bajo mi pinto de vista no merece la estrella, no se ve cariño en lo que hacen. Creo que este hotel necesita alguien que lo dirija, parece un barco sin rumbo. No hay nadie al mando. Una pena.

Hotel con bodega situado cerca de Valladolid. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Lamentablemente en un hotel de cinco estrellas buscas algo más que las habitaciones, algo de servicios, como que gestionen un taxi para poder ir a la ciudad, confort, que no haya moscas en la habitación que te despierten, decoración, que el pasillo no parezca un sitio de otro tipo de establecimientos, que desde luego no frecuento, pero que se puede ver en la foto adjunta.

Espectacular !!! Desde minuto q entras en recepción todo el mundo super atento el servio de camas extraordinario muchas tranquilidad absoluta no se escucha nada se puede descansar !! El único q puedo decir un poco malo q tenerte q tomar un café o una botella de agua en la barra del restaurante tradicional es abusivo tendría q tener los precios un poco más comprensivos es bestial los precios !! Gracias

Segunda vez que venimos y no nos ha decepcionado. Fin de semana mágico en este hotel de lujo. Las habitaciones muy modernas con cama muy confortable, cuarto de baño con todo lo necesario y botellita de Arzuaga de bienvenida. Mesa bluetooth para poner música y armarios amplios con albornoz, e incluso plancha vertical de vapor. Desayuno muy variado y riquísimo. Vinimos ya hace 2 años y desde entonces han puesto una piscina exterior preciosa con tumbonas y sofás donde pasar una tarde de farniente y tomar el aperitivo. En fin de semana la piscina estaba abierta desde las 11 de la mañana. El spa espectacular ya que lo tienes reservado para ti y puedes disfrutar de muchas opciones: piscina, sauna, hamman, ducha escocesa, piscina de sal donde flotas… acabamos con el jacuzzi de uva en sala privada con 2 copas de tinto. Comida creativa en el taller con productos locales y sabores sorprendentes con vistas a las viñas. Cata Reserva con tapas del taller espectaculares y muy buenas explicaciones de la sommelier. Visita de la finca el domingo preciosa donde vimos jabalíes e incluso ciervos de muy cerca, explicaciones top del guía Pablo. Y lo mejor el jardín de pinos donde puedes cenar y tomar luego una copa al lado del brasero. Todo muy refinado, personal muy profesional. No es barato pero lo vale. Mil gracias, volveremos seguro!
