Desde que chegamos TODOS os funcionários foram extremamente mau educados, pedimos para usarmos o refeitório para podermos comer já que viajamos 05 horas e quando chegamos precisávamos nos alimentar e eles disseram que não estava autorizado então pedimos para usarmos as mesas ao lado da piscina e disseram "se sujarem lá vocês tem que limpar" , depois outro funcionário foi lá e disse que ja estava na hora de "cada um ir para o seu quarto" , fui pedir uma agua e o funcionário me entregou e pedi para marcar no quarto e ele disse " empresa tem que pagar na hora" , sem contar toda a arrogância e despreparo com o atendimento ao público como se nos atender fosse um "favor"! Não sei se o tratamento é diferente para pessoas que não estão ali por meio de empresas mas foi horrível passar por isso, (cobertas com péssimo cheiro), todos nós fomos educados com os funcionários, e pagamos pelo serviço por tanto esperamos o mínimo de respeito e atendimento.

O hotel está se aproveitando de um período em que a cidade está cheia para explorar o valor da diário. E a comunicação por telefone é péssima, garantem a vaga por telefone e depois o gerente por e-mail diz que não existe a vaga. Uma total desorganização e falta de comunicação.

1 - Ao lado da rodoviária, cheio de usuário de drogas e afins. Hotel velho, quarto minúsculo, ar condicionado barulhento, que lembra uma somatório de britadeira com caminhão de lixo, café da manhã médio, funcionarios que não olham no rosto das pessoas. NO GERAL PESSIMO, tem opção muito melhor por uns 50,00 a mais !!!!! Nunca mais
