Wonderful, perfect stay! Excellent value for money. We stayed in a room further away from the elevator hall, at the back of the building, but nothing that spoiled our experience because our privacy was total! Spacious installation, excellent shower, with zero difficulty in finding the ideal temperature, clean bedding, comfortable bed, bathroom towels changed every day, as well as the apartment cleaned daily. Spectacular breakfast, outstanding staff service. Very good heated pool, with hot tub and sauna. Bath towel provided at reception. My room didn't have a minibar, which wasn't necessary at all because we opted for a more affordable nightly rate, as we weren't going to stay in the unit for long, as we were out all day. The room, even with carpet, didn't bother us at all. The hotel is not far from the tourist center and as we really like walking, we took a car only once because we preferred to leave ours in the garage. A little gastronomic hub, called the container station, very close to the hotel, on the other side of the main avenue, towards the shopping center, is a great choice. The neighborhood is fantastic and the city is magical! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

The accommodation was good because of the value, the pool is wonderful, to improve it they could install an internal fireplace, given the size of the hotel there could be a space, it is impersonal, the piano is not working in the lobby and it was raining, so we couldn't use the external area.

The hotel had received 2 buses with guests, so the characteristic warmth was a little to be desired.
Breakfast, during peak hours (from 8 to 9) was very busy, and I noticed the absence of some items that I always find, still, 10 points for the girls in the kitchen!

The breakfast and service were great, as was the pool area, which is really cool.
However, the room has a partition with another room per door, you can hear everything, everything that is said and done, zero privacy...
There is still an issue with the bathroom, it is open, you use the sink literally inside the room, and if you use the toilet, whoever is with you has to leave the room.
