We stayed at Vila Casato in 2014 and will be back in 2025. The service is still the same, excellent, but the maintenance of the rooms and restaurant could be improved, with some repairs needed to the floors, lights burned out in the hallway, the ceiling of the restaurant, the closets in the room and in the pool. The finishing profile of the closet fell off when I opened the door. The service really helps us overcome these issues. One suggestion for improvement would be a private area for massages, since they are currently done in the pool area, which, although it is closed, is not the appropriate place. Charging a 10% tip on the total amount of the bill, after payment, even though it is optional, is embarrassing to say the least.
