Ótimo hotel, excelente localização pertinho do centro. Quartos limpos, banheiro impecável, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Custo beneficio excelente. Minha mãe fez aniversário e eles fizeram uma surpresa com bolo e balões, muito legal!

O Hotel JB foi uma grata surpresa. Ótima localização no Capivari. Ficamos em um dos quartos recém reformados e ficou muito bonito, chuveiro muito bom, extremamente limpo, enfim muito confortável. O café também é bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Enfim, só elogios.

O atendimento dos colaboradores é excelente, hospitaleiros e educadíssimos. A localização é ótima, bem próximo ao centro de Capivari e fica em uma das vias principais. O hotel me atendeu muito bem também com instalações e limpeza. O café da manhã é bom.

Muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao centro turístico do Capivari. O hotel, apesar de um pouco antigo, tem quartos confortáveis, e apresenta áreas comuns interessantes. O café da manhã é ótimo, apenas sugeriria ter café expresso, mesmo que pago. E os atendentes, tanto da recepção quanto do café, são muito simpáticos e competentes.

Estive com o meu marido no começo de Fevereiro, café maravilhoso, camareiras e atendentes super simpáticas, bom quase todos! Durante a minha estadia todos os recepcionistas sempre sorridentes e nos cumprimentando, menos uma (morena e alta), super arrogante, não nos dava atenção, tentei tirar uma dúvida referente ao roteiro que eles indicam ela nos olhou extremamente mal, foi super mal educado falando apenas (se quiserem saber mais liga no telefone). Eu e meu esposo nos sentimos tão mal, que iamos estender a reserva mas ao invés disso demos o check out e procuramos outro hotel. O hotel está em obras, e pretendo voltar quando as obras terminarem, mas ser atendido por ela, nunca mais!

Cerca de 38 depois, retornei ao Hotel JB, em Campos do Jordão. Um hotel antigo, simples, cama confortável, com um excelente café da manhã e uma equipe de profissionais competente e simpática. Bem localizado. Há estacionamento. O acesso ao segundo andar se dá por escada. Não há elevadores.

Hotel antigo e mau conservado cama se casal com apenas um criado mudo. Ainda tem cheiro de mofo e um café da manhã extremamente simples. O que salva nesse Hotel é a localização que fica bem pertinho do centro de Capivari,podendo fazer tudo praticamente a pé.
