A dream ! Very sophisticated and well-kept hotel! Very convenient to reach, ample parking for customers, plus it has many services inside including the DIVINO restaurant, hairdresser and beauty centre! Stunning rooms and always attentive reception! Not to mention the breakfast!!! I would absolutely go back!!!

Room, single in my case, with French bed, very comfortable and slept well with 2 pillows, nice and bright, with attention to every detail, with safe, bag for dirty laundry and even slippers, fridge, nothing to complain about. The bathroom is nice and spacious, complete with everything, we even find a stool to put in the shower for every need, if you want to look for dust it's impossible. The best comes in the morning when you have breakfast, there really is everything, varied bread, fresh and dried fruit, cold cuts and much more. In a hotel like theirs, you don't expect such a wide choice and attention to detail

Really welcoming, very friendly staff. Very nice room, and a rich breakfast for all tastes. The lady in charge of breakfast was very kind. Finally, the location and the garden are beautiful for having breakfast. Definitely worth it if you are in the area.

For being a 5 star I expected the room to be a little more spacious especially compared to the bathroom which is huge. For the rest everything was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast is the highlight in my opinion, really very varied and rich, many offers also for vegans, intolerants and celiacs.

I really liked this hotel, beautiful, well-kept and particular. The staff were really kind and attentive to every request. The breakfast is a rich and good quality gem. Even the dinner in the hotel restaurant located in the building next door was really excellent. The room on two levels is nice and clean, the bathroom spacious. The only flaw is that in a 5 star hotel the third bed cannot be an open sofa for the occasion. Fair price

Sto cercando due stelle! Ho trascorso una notte un una suite. Se soggiorni in un cinque stelle di aspetti un servizio da cinque stelle e se occupi una suite, le aspettative sono ancora maggiori. Dotazione della camera da tre stelle, un solo cuscino (scomodo) per ospite, condizionatore che non si può regolare e tanto meno spegnere (ho dovuto staccare l'interruttore dal quadro elettrico per spegnerlo), accessori in bagno limitati a qualche bustina di bagnoschiuma dozzinale, televisore striminzito, arredo datato. La colazione scarna, con dolci presentati nei piatti del buffet a temperatura da frigo (immangiabili), la scelta sul salato ridotta al minimo, caffè "americano" fatto con le bustine, imbevibile. Quando la sera siamo usciti ci siamo sincerati che ci fosse un portiere di notte, sapendo che avremmo fatto tardi. Al rientro, alle 01:00, siamo stati 15 minuti all'esterno citofonando e telefonando senza ricevere risposta. Morale, 152€ mi sembrano troppi per un cinque stelle con trattamento da tre stelle.

Bella la posizione e molto gradevoli le aree comuni, curate nei dettagli e mantenute con attenzione. L’impressione generale è positiva, anche se le camere tradiscono un’impostazione anni ’90, sia nello stile che nei materiali. La colazione è uno dei punti di forza: ricca, ben curata e con possibilità di refill, sempre gestita con attenzione. Il personale si distingue per disponibilità, cortesia e un servizio presente ma mai invadente. Molto buono anche il ristorante adiacente, con proposte locali interessanti e ben realizzate. Il parcheggio interno è a pagamento, ma va detto che di fronte all’hotel c’è una grande piazza, quasi sempre libera, che rappresenta una valida alternativa.
