"前台客服十分盡責。我本來訂星空房，可惜滿了，她建議轉另一種房。我也無所謂，反正有房就好。沒想到我要入住那天，她主動打電話我，説星空房有了，問我轉不轉。 服務太好。 可惜，房間設備有美中不足： 大床與上下床間隔的趟門，底部是爛的 星空電動簾壞的，幸好還能手動 電視機壞的（也冇所謂了，現在也少看電視） 熱水器的加熱速度，追不上用量：當兩個人沖涼後，要待加熱半小時後才夠熱水 最後，這個必須改善：圖裡是吃早餐對面的傷健廁所，為什麼會變成儲藏室⁉️⁉️⁉️ 需知，房間要坐電瓶車回去，突然有需要的話，不是每個客人能用蹲廁的"

The key point is the environment, the view of the mountains is small, the scenery is unobstructed, the mountains and forests are quiet, in short, I like it very much, and it's not a wasted trip."
