This is my third vacation spent in this hotel, the first one was in 2021 second 2022 and in this year and I must say that hotel atmosphere, food and service changed a lot from previous years. If you are not Polish or Russian, don't go to this hotel, because entarteinment is especially made for them, most of songs in the evening are on polish or russian language, and also karaoke(drunk polish are loudly singing in the night). Every morning is the same breakfast, I ate eggs in various ways(pastries are not fresh), during the lunch and dinner a lot of vegetables are missing as side dish. The manager of restaurant offer to the three of us a very small table for dinner(it was a big crowd of people in restaurant that night), but we refuse to set at this table. After that night we have noticed that he didnt want to say hello to us, and he was pretending that he doesn't see us. I think that it was unproffesional behaviour, since he was very polite to polish people of course. Launch packet which was made for us while we are leaving hotel was also dissaster, only bread and ham which was out of date. I will never go to this hotel again, neither recommend it to my friends.

It is the perfect hotel to enjoy your vacation. All the staff members did their best to meet our expectations.Always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily, the air conditioning works well. There is a great variety of food, desserts and drinks. The beach is five minutes walk from the hotel, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the beach bar is nearby where they serve cool drinks and late breakfast too.Beer and juice are of good quality.Everything is very clean and they good care to make the tourist feel like home.Special mention for the receptionist Jabar and the waiter Bedirhan who helped us a lot. We will certainly come back to this hotel.Thank you everybody for your effort. The only minus is the animation meant only for kids( exception was the Turkish night ) and the music which was too loud. But this not prevent me from giving 5 stars.

This is NOT a 4* hotel at all….. see photos…. Food was the worst we have ever had ..if you like eggs you’ll be fine for breaksfast…I had the omelette 1 day it was raw in the middle…very little choice if you vegatarian and everything swimming in grease… practically EVERYONE smokes anywhere and everywhere … whole hotel set up for German and Russians… beach was awful, have to walk past ‘poo corner’ to get to it and then you are greeted by dirty Sunbeds and yet more smokers/ spitters ….they love a spit here noise around pool from 10am til 11pm ..all the drinks taste the same…staff didn’t really bother with us until the day before we were due home… poolside toilet has a no flush policy of loo roll…..well then at least provide a bin WITH a lid!!!! Was greeted by a tissue open with poo on it….gagged whole way back to pool… no light in our corridor making it hard to get keycard in once in the room…. Room was not cleaned everyday …. I could go on …. We were here for 10 days and we tried to get a flight home sooner as we were so so sad that this was what we had paid for …so very disappointing…avoid at all costs …if you have booked here please consider changing your choice

I am reading these reviews and it feels like we weren't at the same hotel. Our flight got delayed and we arrived late, they said there is late dinner available, meaning cheese and old bread. But the real problem was our room, it was old, filthy and the biggest shock is when I opened the closet door and there was a big spot of mold, smell was unbearable!!! We asked for another room but nothing was available, they say to come back again in the morning. The reception staff were very unfriendly. Tomorrow we got another room which was not great but comparing to the one before, it was good. Air condition was barely working, balcony wall was very high and balcony was thight, wifi barely working. Hated everything about this hotel. Only giving it a two star because of the beautiful beach and friendly staff in the kitchen. Everything else is minuse one! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Would rate higher if it was based on the staff and food alone but it’s certainly not a hotel for the Brits. Evening entertainment is totally focussed on the Ruski’s with absolutely no consideration for Western Europe clientele. Loud mainly Russian music is played until 11pm which sounds like it’s in your room. Don’t consider it if you want an early night. The guy on reception is it’s best asset who tries his best to satisfy any queries and questions you may have. Beds are also very hard which one would want more comfortable to at least try and get a good nights sleep after the 11pm music cut off. Food wasn’t bad at all. The Chef certainly did his best to try and vary the tasty offerings but breakfast was mainly cereal and eggs. Again, bring British if would have been nice to have some consideration. Sorry for the average reviews guys but to get an improvement from the west you really do need to consider they’re needs. That is if you want them?

Absolutely faultless staff who really couldn’t do enough for us - from the reception to the beach, bar and restaurant... Too many outstanding and lovely people to name them all, but we were really grateful to Memo for taking the time out to look after our son and integrate him in all the games - really top man. The four Yilmaz brothers were superb too, with the best service and tastiest omelettes. Nice small to medium sized hotel with comfortable rooms and a superb pool area, bar and restaurant. Bar serves a fair range of drinks, with local spirits/cocktails, etc included which is quite impressive. Shame it stops at 11pm, but we mostly felt that’s enough! Most of the rooms overlook the pool and entertainment, so there is some noise/activity/fun 10am - 11pm, but that never bothered us. The beach is only a five minute walk away with its own beach bar serving more limited drinks choice until 6pm - hot drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks and some snacks 11am-3pm, with cakes/biscuits after that. This is a mostly Russian area and they generally do have different principles when it comes to queuing, etc, but we met many very friendly Russians and Germans and they added to our holiday. It was also great to meet a lovely Scottish couple who understood us a little better. I don’t understand the bad reviews really - we loved the food each day and felt there was good variety if you are willing to try new tastes. If you are looking for British junk food and English songs, banter, etc this probably isn’t the hotel for you, but then this is Turkey, not Butlins or Benidorm after all. There were plenty of available beds at pool and beach and the sea was like a bath. Some of the entertainment, even though mainly in Russian was incredible- we loved the Turkish night and the belly dancers 👌🇹🇷 There are several shops right outside the hotel and a few bars too. I’d also recommend booking any tour opposite the hotel as Rom was very well priced - remember to haggle though! Ottobus (bus) into Kemer from hotel for just 25 lira each way if you want to visit a bigger town, takes 10 mins. You can also use it back and forth the airport if you feel daring & want to save money - cost is about £4 each way Antalya to Camyuva! PS: while I never felt pressured to tip, it is expected in Turkey and 50-100 lira or €2-€5 euros was really appreciated

I Honestly can't believe the negative reviews about Pine House Hotel. My wife and I just returned from a 2 week holiday here and after a slight mishap when we arrived we had a fantastic holiday!! Food was Great, Staff went above and beyond to help and please us the full time we were there. When we arrived I think we were the only British (Scots) people there until we met a lovely family from Wales a few days later. The Hotel was spotless. Rooms cleaned daily. The pool area we loved and the beach with beach bar etc only minutes walk away. I have to say a special mention to all the staff. From the reception, waiting and bar staff to the manager they all went out there way to help us in every way. Yes... there are a lot of other nationalities there ( which didn't bother us) Some of the staffs English wasn't the best but hey my Turkish isn't great either!! We always got there in the end! The Food was varied but always delicious. If there was one minus I would say that the hotel needs a little updating ( maybe a wee lick of paint here and there) but it certainly did not take any enjoyment away from a great holiday we had. I would recommend Pine House Hotel to anyone wanting a hotel that offers everything needed in a holiday but with a very personal and friendly touch. Thank you Pine House Hotel for a Fantastic holiday

Travelled with my husband and 2 teenage daughters in 2 rooms, no 203 overlooking the front street which had the most amazing views of the mountains with large private balcony and no 312 overlooking the pool area. Both rooms were spacious with plenty storage, clean bathrooms and sheets were changed everyday. Also a daily restocked fridge and a free easy to use digital safe were great additions to both rooms. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The pool area and bar were clean, plenty sunbeds and table tennis. The beach bar was about 20m from beach. It closes at 6pm but we enjoyed a beer every afternoon at 5pm there in the shade after a hot day in the sun. Snacks were available there as well. Sunshades and sunbeds for our hotel on the beach were a lovely touch. My daughter enjoyed volleyball pretty much everyday at 4pm. There was aqua aerobics at the pool and other activities like darts competitions. The only slight negative although only slight was the food was fairly basic but tasty and that is the only reason for giving 4 stars not 5. I certainly enjoyed a freshly made omelette every morning. But on the whole we had an amazing holiday very relaxing and would like to thank all the staff for making it so good. We were the only English people in the hotel which we were happy with. The other guests were mainly East European and Russian (boy do they like to smoke in the outdoor areas!). There were a few waterslides too and a toddler pool. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
