It's an ideal location for the beach, bars, and restaurants. It's also close to the major bus stops if you want to explore the island. The views from the rooftop pool show the contrasting nature of the island. The traffic noise from the roads can be loud in the morning, but if you get up early whilst you're on holiday, then it's not an issue.

My daughter and friend had an issue at this hotel . They’ve didn’t feel particularly safe here and left after a few hours . The lack of communication from the hotel has been awful . They have chosen to ignore my concerns and failed to over any kind of refund.

Hotel Marbel – Can Pastilla: Local Tax: Every Hotel charge local Tax (per head) when you check in, so please keep in mind and have cash ready. Location: The hotel is 5 minutes’ taxi drive from Palma Mallorca Airport, and only cost €15 (one way – 3 people). You can also take Bus No. A2, cost €5 per person, and then walk 5 minutes towards the hotel. However, it is worth taking Taxi as it cost same. You can find many food shops, other retailers’ outlet, and clothes shop nearby. The beach is 10 minutes’ walk. Room: We have two room booked, and each room can easily fit in 3 people. They have 3 separate beds in the rooms, private bathrooms, and a good size balcony. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms were very clean, and the cleaner comes everyday for cleaning unless you don’t want to be disturbed. Price: Price is reasonable but because we book including flight I cannot separate the price here, but it cost us £1500 (including flights and two rooms, 5 adults). Just remember that if any of the passengers are not joining your trip after booking then please update the hotel, else you will end up paying local tax for each booked passenger. Customer Service: Right from the Reception team, to cleaner and restaurant staff delivered a great customer experience. Knowing that we don’t speak Spanish, they will try best to explain us and honestly, they have patience. You can also request Taxi through them for your departure flight to the Airport. Swimming Pool: The hotel has a swimming pool at roof (5th Floor). It is open from morning 9am to 8pm. Plenty of places to sit, however the swimming pool is not very deep, so even small kids can enjoy. Really beautiful, and clean. Food Quality: We have bed and breakfast, and it serves from morning 7am to 10am. They have good varieties of veg and non-veg options for Breakfast, and all the items are served fresh. It is unlimited so feel free to enjoy your breakfast. Wifi: The Hotel offers free wifi, however limited connectivity above first floor.

I planned to have a few days away from the UK and found cheap flights for only £57 return. Needed a cheap hotel and came upon Hotel Marbel only three miles from the airport and at £30 including breakfast seemed a good option. Didn't expect much but was delighted with the on suite room including balcony. The bedroom was very clean and really comfortable with an excellent bed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with choice of a buffet including full English, continental and array of fruits and cereals. All high quality. Staff were friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much for them to accommodate any help or assistance. Have to mention that the reception staff were particularly outstanding. Both Endrit and Natasha cannot be praised too highly. Professional but also engaging and able to offer local advice and recommendations to make the most of your holiday Fantastic hotel at an amazing price.
