I love this hotel. You can travel to Palma centre by bus within 15 minutes. Also, you enjoy the beach view every day from your room. The hotel restaurant provides food of incredibly high quality. The room and toilet are clean and nice.

great location, nice breakfast, nice staff, have aircon,
but the bathroom design can be better as water easy to leak outside and make the bathroom floor wet.
other then that, I have a great experience with this hotel and nothing to complain.

It was my first solo trip abroad- just 3 nights, after lots of solo trips in the UK. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was fantastic! Friendly, helpful., in fact all the receptionists made this stay for me, nothing was too much trouble. I upgraded for 2 nights to a room with a sea view and was not disappointed, I sat and watched the sky line for hours. The breakfast was delightful! One of the best I've had in hotels abroad, even better than some of those from 5 star hotels. Again staff were great at breakfast making sure I had everything. The beach was stunning, blue, clear, clean sand, minimal plastic pollution on it, it was lovely. The only down side was the TV in my room didn't work on my last night and a change of batteries in the remote didn't fix it either..and, I asked for an iron to iron my dress as it had got creased in travelling and I had no other clothes to wear, but there wasn't one available until the next day, which was too late for me as I was leaving then and wanted to wear my dress out that night. I'm hoping to come back again next year for another short break!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and very cozy. The staff were polite, hospitable, and attentive. Special thanks to Davinson at the reception for his warm welcome and assistance — he made our stay even more comfortable. I would also like to note that the hotel is new, freshly renovated, and very conveniently located, just a short walk from a clean and picturesque beach
