Ok so if you want 2 parents and 2 to 4 kids this is not for you . This is totally designed for couples wether young or old. This is a boutique hotel which is far more like a big warm b+b. The owner Vincent will drop into your company at the bar , the restaurant on the street and listen to any complaints or suggestions you may have to improve his service. Your welcome here is more like long lost family welcomed home with a big hug.. the manageress Caterina is so welcoming and can't do enough to help you. She has the most beautiful blue eyes as she fills your most intricate request. . The rooms are spotless and breakfast caters for all with a full spread and they are open to any requests. The pool is not really a swimming pool and more like a plunge pool to get relief from the sun. We can not fault this hotel or praise it and its staff enough. When you arrive you feel enveloped in a sense of welcome and love. We will definitely be back. Thank you Caterina and Vincent and your staff for an amazing 6 days. Guy and Caroline

Extremely confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. Arrived here on 14/05 and have been told that air conditioning is simply not available. According to the hotel staff, night time temperatures of 16/18 degrees is ‘cold’ to them and so we shouldn’t be bothered. Asked for a partial refund as they aren’t providing the basic services they claim to offer, but have been refused and instead offered a full refund if we LEAVE the hotel immediately.

Hotel correcto. Viajamos mucho por trabajo. En este caso, teníamos pagado el desayuno pero tuvimos que marchar temprano y no pudimos desayunar. Solicitamos un picnic y fue el peor con mucha diferencia de todos los que nos han dado en muchos años de viajes. Increíble. Un triste sándwich de pan de molde con una loncha ridícula de jamón y otra de queso y una manzana. Sin nada de beber. Ni siquiera una servilleta. Nos pareció una falta de respeto total hacia los clientes.

Personal super freundlich. Hotel Lage ist super, 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zimmer im schönen Boho Style und sauber. Jedoch was das Essen sehr schlecht und das Geschirr mega dreckig. Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet - für eine Woche und mehr nicht zu empfehlen.

Fui con unas amigas a pasar unos días ,y lo recomendamos 100%.limpio,el desayuno genial,tienen para dejarte todo lo que necesites,sombrillas,hielo,sillas de playa.....muy bonito y acogedor.estuvimos como en casa.tuvimos la suerte de aparcar todos los días frente al hotel.Con piscina arriba del hotel,y muy muy cerca de la playa Pero lo mejor indudablemente fue la atención de Vicente ,su director.solo puedo agradecerte todo lo que hiciste por nosotras.Y de Cata,una chica estupenda. Nunca olvidaremos este viaje,y es también gracias a vosotros. Un saludo,de las gaditanas

Ich habe mit meinem Sohn hier ein paar Tage Urlaub gemacht. Ein schönes kleines Hotel. Leider war nur eine Person vom Personal freundlich. Beim Frühstück war wirklich viel Auswahl und alles lecker, aber leider mussten wir den Kaffee extra bezahlen. So was hab ich wirklich noch nie erlebt, Kaffee gehört für mich zum Frühstück wenn man es gebucht hat. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer/Badezimmer war auch nicht so wirklich toll. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt- echt super :-). Der Pool ist sehr klein, haben wir nicht genutzt, es war zu voll. Mit dem Bus ist alles super günstig (2 Euro) zu erreichen. Alles in allem- für einen Kurztrip ok. Aber kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Hotel correcto, sin más… una pequeña decepción en cuanto a las expectativas generadas. Habitación correcta en tamaño, cama cómoda (camas individuales). Por lo demás, mejorable en los detalles (sin amenities, ni cafetera, nevera vacía sin ni tan solo un agua para refrescarte a la llegada…). Limpieza mejorable, toallas desgastadas y mal lavadas. Desayuno bastante mediocre, poca variedad y justa calidad en un espacio muy reducido. Zumo en polvos, ya no pido zumo natural pero sí un mínimo de calidad. El café muy bueno, servido al momento. Buena atención en general por parte del personal.

Notre séjour à été gâché par 3 allemands racistes que nous avons croisé sur le rooftop. Nous voulions profiter de quelques heures calmes sur le rooftop, mais ces 3 énergumènes sont venus nous déranger. Ils ont balancé de l'eau près de nous, ont mis de la musique à fond, et ont proféré des remarques racistes à notre encontre. Nous avons demandé gentiment s'ils pouvaient mettre leur musique moins fort mais ils ont continué encore pire. Nous en avons parlé à la réception de l'hôtel mais nous n'avons eu pas de suite à cet épisode. Dommage ... je ne recommande cet hôtel à aucun français si vous aimez le calme et le raffinement ce n'est pas ici que vous le trouverez. (Le restaurant n'est pas recommandable également)

Desde nuestra llegada al hotel fuimos recibidos con gran amabilidad por parte de Catherine,recepcionista del hotel. La estancia ha sido fenomenal. Habitación limpia , amplia y con todo tipo de detalles. Gran variedad de desayuno y con una gran atención por parte de tdo el personal. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos!!!
