Everything was great, including breakfast... but the rooms are very noisy. I don't mean airplane noise, but you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways right outside the rooms. I'm a light sleeper and was woken up several times during the night. It's a real shame because the beds are very comfortable.

This is my second time in Palma. I really like it here! This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I chose a sea view room. The view is super good. The room is well heated. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic! Super satisfied!

Nice roms. Very cold water in the pool and we missed ham and fresh juice for breakfast. Otherwise we were happy about our stay.

Excellence service. Very clean in the public areas. Quiet. Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect location. Free Bali beds-perfect extra for your relax. In 5* hotel inPalma they were charging 40€ for the day.. Not sure why our cards didn’t work for the rooftop terrace. But as we were there just for the day and a half-it didn’t bother us.
