The hotel was recently renovated, good breakfast, from the inconvenience I can note high audibility, woke up in the morning from the alarm in the next room. the staff is friendly. close to the airport, taxi price 15-18 euros.

Our 4th time here and by far the best! We went in the last week before they shut for the season so it’s a little quieter, you’d expect the have less on offer but that isn’t the case at all. Fantastic selection of food every night, that is topped up with fresh batches so quickly you barely ever see something empty. Shoutout to chef Claudio for keeping us full (and then always looking forward to what tomorrow brings) Pool is lovely and relaxing and the indoor heated pool is a hidden gem. The spa area (for a surplus) is amazing value. You have the whole place to yourself for an hour (dry and wet sauna, shower and hot tub) for only €15 per person. The first time we used it we were shocked we have it for private use, well worth it! 4th time here and love it still, it’s about a 2 hour walk from palma (which is a must as it’s so beautiful along the coast) or you could hire bikes nearby and the cycle route is also just as lovely. Perfect for families, couples and even as a honeymoon location. César - Thank you for a lovely stay and running everything so smoothly. Finally Natalia for always checking in what us, no job was ever too small and she was on hand for anything you needed. Like Natalia, you can tell everyone loves working at the hotel, just as much as we love staying there. Final note - We’ve been at 5 star hotels that are on level with this is Hotel, the service is up there along with the hospitality and lovely clean hotel. Something for everyone :)

I only stayed in the hotel for one night, but was greeted by the staff warmly. The room is large with balcony, and is close to the beach. The hotel interior is modern with attention to details. Natalia is always checking with me to make sure everything is OK. And the dinner is nice as well, with a wide selection of food, the Chef of the day is Claudio, while I also get a free drink from César for my last night of stay here! The hotel has a personal touch, I would definitely come back again!

I was here for the 6th time with my family and was always surprised again and again. I always had a positive impression of the staff, the food, the pool and the rooms. The staff is very nice, Natalia Cisar and Lucy were particularly nice. They always had it a good mood and a good saying. I have booked again for next year.

We had great overall experience at Helios hotel. Natalia the experience manager made us feel welcomed. She was super friendly and entertained with our little one. I also had a massage session with Joana who was super professional and gave me the best massage I ever had. I felt relaxed and recharged.

Best Hotel, feels like home! The staff is so friendly, like Cesar or Nathalia! They make everything possible. And have super good vibes! Perfect for cycling vacation, as they offer laundry service ane have a big bike basement! Can’t wait to be back

Super stay at the Helios, we were recommended to this hotel and that recommendation was spot on. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially guest host Natalia. Our room was very well prepared, excellent. We had a pool view. The restaurant was also excellent with a good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Good location if you want to stay outside of Palma and travel in on the local buses. Hotel is one block back from the sea with a promenade stretching for miles. I rarely give a 5 star rating but this hotel and their staff deserve the top rating. We will return.

What a find ! This lovely hotel exceeded my expectations . Beautiful modern and clean decor all around the hotel . The staff were all super friendly and very helpful . The chefs and dining room staff ( especially Christian ) were superb . The housekeeping ladies always had a hello and a smile despite their busy work day Natalia the assistant manager & guest host was so lovely and treated us like VIP guests ! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very spoilt. She greeted me by first name after a few days . The food, well it was amazing !! quality produce used and always cooked creatively and presented like a 5 star hotel . Always plenty of choice . The dining room has been fully refurbished for this year and is very relaxing as is the whole hotel . We had a Helios double room which was very nice with a nice shower and side sea view. Beds a little firm for me but they are brand new ! We used the indoor heated pool every day and it was reasonably warm ( i don`t do cold water and i didn`t struggle ) We also went in the spa one day which was nice as we had the place to ourselves . I had a massage too which was enjoyable and relaxing. It was low season so the hotel was only 1/2 full but that suited us perfectly. Also very few English there at this time of year which is my preference , lots of nationalities to interact with and friends made :) Its nice a close to the beach too with miles of promenade to promenade ! Taxi from airport was reasonable ( 13 euro ) and back to airport uber ( 8.80 euro) We did not want to leave and will be back next year for sure ( if not before )
