Popular Can Tho 4-star Hotels

The hotel is very well located in the centre. It has everything. Massage, karaoke, swimming pool, a number of coffee shops, and a sky bar overlooking the city. The rooms are large, well appointed, and very modern. Linens are a high standard, as are the toiletries and wardrobe spaces. The bathroom is large and has all amenities, and is again spacious. Reception is well organised and very fast to respond. The breakfast is outstanding, and the price for staying in this hotel is unbelievably reasonable.

It is located 8km away from downtown Can Tho, so accessibility to the city is somewhat limited, but if you take a taxi, you only have to pay about 80,000 dong, so it was not inconvenient. As it is a resort, the facilities themselves are very good and the price is very reasonable, so I highly recommend it. As you can see from other reviews, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean and in good condition. It was a unique experience to be able to see the mansions of wealthy people living nearby, and I was able to enjoy dinner at the luxury restaurants Bambo Buffet and HanQuoc BBQ. (Soju is only sold at HanQuoc, bambo restaurant only sells beer)

Our stay at Can Tho Victoria Hotel was delightful! Despite the hotel being old, the amenities were excellent, and the central location was convenient. The daily tours offered were a highlight, and our experience was elevated by the amazing tour guide, Trung. His knowledge and enthusiasm added a special touch to our exploration. Overall, a great choice for those who value a blend of comfort, location, and outstanding guided tours.

We have never gave bad review but today we have to. We booked 9 rooms for 3 nights here. We came early around 10:30 in the morning, very rude dude in the front desk kept saying we can't get in until 2pm. We didn't expect to get in sooner than 2pm but it seem he was not happy with too many people (18 people) around the lobby too early. The hotel is super old, dark and dirty. You can see layers of dust everywhere, spiderwebs at all conners. Lot of guests are smoking inside the hotel (Lobby - No smoking area) They gave us 6 rooms first (3 rooms later whenever they are ready). My room was on the 3rd floor which is where they do body massage business on the same floor. It was terrible, my room was badly smell, dirty, creepy and wet. I couldn't think twice, left the room and went to the lobby. When i reached to lobby i already saw all my people from my group down there - they just left their rooms because same reasons. We have been staying hotels all over the world and never seen any hotel that bad. We left the hotels and stay at other hotel nearby. Called agoda to try to get the money back. The hotel manager there kept telling lie to Agoda and refused to cancel our bookings. We lost all money for 9 rooms x 3 nights, but we glad we did. Worst hotel ever

We stopped overnight as part of a tour to the city. The room was wonderfully huge! Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff walked us through all the room amenities and left us to relax. Good location with a nice walk to restaurants and night markets. Breakfast was served early - from 6am, with a wide selection of food to suit everyone. From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay and would happily use the hotel again.

Lovely property, great people, good breakfast & excellent rooftop bar with exceptional views. Right opposite the riverside and you can see entire Can Tho from the rooftop bar of this hotel. Breakfast starts at 6a.m. Good choices available.

The hotel is located beside the river and is spotless and the staff are lovely, breakfast is freshly cooked and the bed is comfortable, the staff moved us to a different room after one night as I requested a different bed. However one of my biggest problem is the distance the hotel is from the city (about 2 kms), there are no facilities locally and walking in the heat 32C wasn’t a great idea so we had to get taxi to go anywhere. My other problem is that this hotel is a very popular wedding venue and party venue. The karaoke is blaring and relentless, it’s impossible to escape the noise level. The swimming pool and coffee dock areas are where events take place so effectively this area is out of bounds to guests. The dining room adjoins the outdoor party area so that is also out of bounds due to intense noise, literally the walls were vibrating, I can party with the best but this was intense, and unbearable. This is our fourth night, so far we had a party one night, a wedding the following night, two weddings the following day etc. it has unfortunately made for a very uncomfortable stay, the staff are lovely, they realised how intense the outdoor entertainment was but unfortunately we’re unable to muffle the noise. This is the real reason I marked this hotel down, I definately would not stay here again nor could I recommend it in all honesty. Book with caution, you’ve been advised

The hotel is large, quite new, the room design is spacious, clean, the breakfast menu is relatively rich and delicious. Located right by the river, so cool. Good price. The whole group also has a restaurant with large capacity, a cafe and services for guests.
