We booked an apartment at Kinzi House because of good reviews. And we are so glad we did! On our way to the hotel (we were driving from Istanbul), Mustafa rang to ask what time we would be arriving. He had sent us a message but we did not see it as we were using the phone for navigation. It was a really good timing as we were literally just 5 minutes away. And thank God he rang and found us at an intersection, as it was very tricky trying to find parking. Mustafa speaks very good English. On the way from the car park to the hotel he pointed out where to find atm, which restaurants were good, what was around the area (landmarks and attractions). He was the warmest and most helpful host we’ve ever come across! Our apartment has one bedroom, a living room with 2 sofa beds and a kitchen with a washing machine, which is a rare find. The apartment is clean and bright with heating throughout though we didn’t need it as it wasn’t really cold when we were there. The location is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants, ferry terminal, and the Trojan Horse statue. The rooms, facilities, location and the host have definitely made for a perfect stay!

Nice service, welcoming staff. Turkish breakfast more than enough with turkish coffee or orange juice by request. Nice view from the roof restaurant (which is also the breakfast lcoation). Room ok, small but everything at disposal including amenities. Close to city centre and thus to bar/restaurants.

The location of the hotel is great, just by the sea, the first floor is Starbucks. Going out and crossing the road, the shore is the Trojan Horse, a few steps is the ferry terminal, a ticket 15 lira, crossing the Dardanelles Strait, to the castle on the other side. The room facilities are good, the sea view room has a beautiful view, and it is great to have a coffee on the balcony. There are many breakfast options, you can watch the sea while eating breakfast, and there are kittens accompanying you. The front desk staff is friendly and patient, can store luggage, in short, it is a good experience. Very recommended.

The hotel is not called by this name. The actual name is shown in the picture. The location of the map icon is right. Fortunately, there is a specific house number. I have been leading the way when I meet a kind person to help find the house number, and I believe this is my hotel! If you press the name, you won’t find it! But the location is very good, very close to the pier where you get off the bus, although it is in a tourist area, it is quiet in the middle of noisy! There is also a lovely elevator for one person with a trolley suitcase. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant has a special feeling!

When staying overnight here the rooms were clean and well laid out. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the entire experience was a good one. It was very quiet in comparison to Istanbul, which was welcome.

The hotel is very central, at the distance of walking to the places to be seen in Canakkale. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is generally clean. The restaurant view is great. Breakfast is very beautiful and sufficient. The staff are laughing and very helpful. Thank you very much for the interest of the hotel manager Aykut. We have a hotel in Canakkale that we can stay safe.

The economic choice for accommodation, very large than the average room, but the room had too many mosquitoes, wheat were not in the windows and the air conditioner was not working. We opened the windows and mosquitoes were in. We closed them and it was hot. At a very central point, near all the shops and restaurants.

Location is spot on! Close to all the action and ferry service. Plenty of eateries and shopping. Highlight for us was the wonderful reception staff. The english speaking female receptionist went above and beyond for us several times. Helping us find a local english speaking pharmacist and helping us navigate our way around the bus system as we made our way into Greece was exceptional and very much appreciated. Room was adequate in size, but super clean and serviced daily.

Spent three nights here in November 2022. The place is very close to all there is to see in Canakkale, plus it is easy to go to both Troy and Gallipoli from here. The rooms are good value considering the price, and the host is simply amazing. He's an old man who really goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable, and to help you with any problems you may have. He even serves you breakfast for free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Canakkale!
