The hotel is very beautiful in a very suggestive place with the external part really well cared for...there would be many other potentials to be exploited. the staff was courteous and professional but there are aspects of the spa to be further developed, as well as the thermal pools which they left me wanting as one was out of order and the other tub was dirty and partially functional.
The catering part needs to be reviewed and it is expensive for what it offers, a lot of fluff and little substance, I was disappointed. The potential is there, but it needs to be optimized in detail to leave guests truly satisfied. I found the presence of the staff in the park who drove around in a van during the opening hours of the spa, not giving the guests the desired tranquility, not very nice.
Overall a good stay.

The room was infested with stink bugs flying and crawling around the room all night including the headboard, which required me to keep the lights on all night. I was not able to sleep at all. We must have killed at least 30 of them, and they are called "stink" bugs because they smell when you kill the. We would have left immediately, but this place is in the middle of nowhere and there was no other place to go. When I told them about it in the morning, they did not seem concerned at all. They gave me 10% off our restaurant bill from the night before (we ate there because there is no other place to eat) which was 9 euros! I have never felt a need to place a review for a hotel until now. And if they seemed concerned or had done the right thing and not charge us for the room, at least I would have walked away believing they would take care of the problem, but I really do no think they cared. I think there were 4 rooms booked in the entire place. Do not stay here!

The lust for gold? The ecstasy of gold? Come triplicare il prezzo, con pochi benefici aggiunti per gli ospiti (e, comunque, senza più possibilità di scelta).. Qualche anno fa, on 12 euro, potevi accedere al parco termale (4 vasche con acqua termale). Oggi con 35 euro (noi siamo stati in giorno feriale), 42 euro il fine settimana, DEVI accedere alla spa (non si può più optare per il solo parco termale), che in aggiunta al parco offre: vasca grande all’aperto con acqua a temperatura ambiente, vasca semicoperta con idromassaggio (molto piccola) + vasca con acqua termale, sauna e bagno turco (molto piccoli). Qualche infisso/intonaco sgarrupato, spogliatoio maschile con un solo bagno e 3 docce, pochi armadietti (offrono ingresso SENZA armadietto e senza sconto sul prezzo), una battaglia verbale con l’addetta per avere 2 dei 4 teli “offerti” nel prezzo. Una sola receptionist che deve gestire gli ingressi, dare informazioni, smistare i pochi teli disponibili ai clienti, ecc…(quindi, si formano code). Due caffè (1 corretto) a cinque euro… Probabilmente v’è stato un cambio di gestione ed i nuovi amministratori sono essenzialmente interessati alla massimizzazione del profitto a spese della clientela. Ma vedo già, da altre recenti recensioni, che l’ingordigia non paga. Ci vuol tanto a capirlo?

I've been several times and I had always a nice experience, nearby my home and easy to reach. Just avoid the first days after opening because , related ti the weather some pools are not available. Better experience in the weekend

I stayed at this property on 15 and 16 April with my husband, choosing the Romantic Getaway package, Deluxe room. Welcome at the reception with very kind and helpful staff, the internal SPA path gives you moments of pure relaxation. The 2 external lakes on the hill with sulphurous water regenerate your body and mind. Dinner at the restaurant includes courses with excellent quality products and very kind staff. The breakfast is very abundant and you find everything. I highly recommend this property!
