Hotel Cesa Tyrol

Beautiful hotel with very updated amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and hospitable and most speak English very well. Went for a ski vacation and the hotel provides a 8 passenger shuttle bus to the gondola on a continuous loop all morning. The ride is less than 5 minutes long.

Fabulous new spa, excellent massage. Staff wonderful (except man with glasses on reception - unhelpful). Breakfast superb. Dinner room too hot, meals beautifully presented and staff fab, taste not as good. Bar area very 80’s and a bit stiff. We had a gala dinner in the middle of the week, presentation fab, taste not as good, music dreadful. Hotel room, a lot of furniture in room, bed hard, pillows awful, duvet lifeless. Room good size and safe in room and plenty of storage, bathroom v good. Hotel v clean. Mini bus service to ski lift v good, excellent driver, but if you happen to arrive back into town in the afternoon before 3, you are stuck for an hour before they will collect you. Also if you don’t come down the cable car and ski to town there is a long long walk. Overall the hotel is wonderfully clean, amazing spa, good food, breakfast exceptional along with the amazingly kind and courteous and professional staff (except one), so a good hotel positioned at the top of town overlooking roofs and gardens.

Perfect in every way! Rooms were enormous and very comfortable - lovely bedding, soft pillows, robes / slippers , brilliant shower and a cosy rustic feeling. Hotel is located just above the town so incredibly peaceful with a view over the church and town. Outdoor Hot tub on the 2nd floor overlooks the church / town - so beautiful and rejuvenating after a day of skiing! My mum and I enjoyed the first class spa in the basement - Japanese vibe with so many saunas : steams : hot pool : showers etc - the best spa I’ve ever been too. Food was fabulous - we all loved the buffet breakfast and dinner buffet starters. The dinner menus were varied , interesting and yummy! Our waiters Christian, Phillipo and Alessandro were brilliant :-) The bar is really cosy with comfy seating and cushions and live piano music - magic. All of the staff were professional , kind and personable - I felt so relaxed and looked after throughout our stay :-) .My kids (10&12) LOVED the games room and the bowling - just amazing to have this for families ! We would love to come again - why isn’t it 5 * !! And the skiing is fantastic with a super efficient hotel ski bus ! Thank you for a fantastic holiday :-)

We have recently just come back from a wonderful stay at hotel Cesa Tyrol. This was our first stay here and it definitely exceeded our expectations! We stayed in one of the junior suites which was absolutely stunning. It was very spacious and had everything we could need. In the restaurant we had Daniel as our main waiter and have to say he was brilliant and a credit to the hotel. We were also very impressed with the evening meals and liked the variation of the menu. Another great addition to the hotel is the downstairs bowling alley which was a great activity after skiing and lots of fun. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but I think this is somewhere we would happily come back to and can’t wait for our next visit!

This is the best hotel we ever stayed. the location, the food. every morning they prepared us specially fresh vegetables that didn't appear in the buffet. The treatment was exceptional and personal from all the staff and the owners.. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The only thing we would change is to put thicker towels in the bathroom. Room excellent and the overall stay was superb. The food was top class and they have a new Pastry Chef who produced deserts to 'die for' The care and attention of all the staff from room service to bar to waiting staff reflects the overall policy of management Really a top class hotel on all fronts
