Family trip.
We requested a late check-in due to our plane's itinerary. Since there is a 24-hour door staff, there was no inconvenience.
The room was just what we needed. It also included a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooktop, and dinnerware.
A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are within walking range, as well as the access to the beach.
One thing to improve is toiletries size, especially soap and shampoo.

Excellent option for this who travel on a budget or simply hate the crowds and noise at the resorts. Very safe and clean location , with easy access to the public beach, the boardwalk, bus stops and grocery stores. The room was as advertised and shown on the picture. Hector was very helpful in securing airport transfers and responded to all other requests immediately. Great place to stay for a weekend, fully equipped with kitchen and full bathroom. Private entrance on the side.

(-) It is difficult to get the room key, (the locker with the key is located 20 m away from the room next to the security guard, and the security guard is hidden in the corridor of the main building), room without a window, smell of mold, deserted surroundings, poor choice of food in the surrounding area, ...

It is an amazing place with coral reef, Lagoon and white sandy beech all within the resort. Service has been excellent and the excursion to Tulum and Cenote is totally worth it. In here, everyday is a workout day and every night is a party night. Great vibes, sport activities, food and drink. The staff here are very friendly. Special mention to Jersey who took care of our early arrival and and late check out arrangement. Thanks you so much!

Don't go there, they say that the room is delivered clean and the first day we were greeted by cockroaches, they also say in the comments that the bathroom was practically new and... the drain doesn't drain, the shower is a mess and in itself, it is a totally obsolete apartment. The only thing about Cancun Suites apartments in the name is that it is in Cancun. However, we already told the cleaning lady that the apartment was dirty when we arrived and far from receiving an apology in person or through these comments on Google... they just blame us, they call us dirty or liars. I am already from Spain presenting a foreign COMPLAINT FORM, not to mention the treatment of the last woman, she did not want to return our suitcases until we paid more, they are looking for MONEY. We were the victims: for staying in an apartment that is falling apart and for leaving the suitcases there to later ask us for the money. And now, whoever answers these messages will copy the same answer over and over again, but as long as it is in my hands, no colleague, friend or acquaintance will go to that place. IT IS NOT WORTH EVEN A TENTH OF WHAT IT COSTS.

En atención a su respuesta pública y a los hechos que ustedes alegan, me permito aclarar lo siguiente: En primer lugar, es responsabilidad de los prestadores de servicios de hospedaje garantizar que las instalaciones ofrecidas se encuentren en condiciones óptimas de uso y mantenimiento, según lo estipulado en la Ley General de Turismo de México y el artículo 1910 del Código Civil Federal. Dado lo anterior, les informo que, de no recibir una solución satisfactoria e inmediata, me reservo el derecho de interponer una queja formal ante la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO), así como las instancias legales correspondientes, ya que este tipo de prácticas pueden constituir una violación a los derechos del consumidor establecidos en la legislación mexicana. Espero una pronta respuesta para resolver este asunto de manera justa y sin la necesidad de proceder legalmente, aunque ya estoy en comunicación con el Gobierno de Mexico y la Hoja del Consumidor.
