El hotel es, como dice la mayoría de las opiniones, correcto. Esto significa que las instalaciones están en buen estado pero un poco anticuadas.
Tiene cosas muy buenas: el trato del personal de recepción, el desayuno (variado: queso, fruta, huevos -por favor, no los pasen tanto-, dulces, pan, tomate...), el guardaskies gratuito, y por supuesto la inmediatez del telesilla para subir a pistas - si funciona la estación, porque lamentablemente este 2024 la suerte no ha podido ser peor para Candanchú.-
Sin embargo, entre las cosas malas, lo peor con diferencia es el mal aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones respecto a todo lo que ocurre dentro del hotel: oímos discutir a los vecinos, hablar a la gente por el pasillo, charlar a la gente...
La cama es cómoda, la ducha funciona bien, la habitación es amplia para dejar todos los trastos del ski (botas, cascos, trajes...).Hubiera agradecido un poco más de calefacción o poder regularla mínimamente desde dentro de la habitación. Pero también me gustó que fuera de radiadores en lugar de aire, sobre todo cuando veníamos con la ropa mojada de nieve.

Mal mantenido, con ventanas muy antiguas.
El personal, hace todo lo que puede pero la herramienta del servicio, es decir, el propio hotel está decadente como la estación dek2 en general.

This hotel needs around €uro1m spent on it to make it a modern quality experience. Sound proofing is the #1 requirement. Next doors snoring is heard as if they’re in your room. Don’t expect to sleep beyond 7.30 in Rooms 113/114 as the chair scraping of breakfast diners is the worst of alarm clocks. Get to breakfast early, or the selection is severely reduced. Bread runs out, no bacon left, forget butter ……it’s margarine only. Staff didn’t care. The hotel offers spectacular views if the blinds can be moved, a two man operation. The beds / bedrooms were comfortable and clean and there were certainly great staff in the bar and cleaning the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tobazo. Comfortable rooms, super helpful staff, absolutely delicious breakfast buffet that they kindly allowed us to access early so we could catch the bus. They also sent my clothes back to England that I left in my room! 10/10 customer service, thanks so much.

LEGENDARY service/hospitality. I had two unfortunate circumstances occur while planning and the staff accommodated so well, it's hard to rate with just 5 stars. Couldn't be friendlier. The room is super clean.

Personal agradable. Sobre todo el del restaurante. Instalaciones un poco envejecidas, aunque válidas. Lo malo: el ruido, es insoportable el tener que oír las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas, que tampoco es culpa 100 x 100 de hotel, pero un mínimo de insonorización sería lo justo. En fin, recomendable solo si eres el único cliente o si eres duro de oído.

En general está bien. Se le nota que necesita un poco de cariño en las instalaciones, algunos arreglos y limpieza. El desayuno estuvo correcto y lo más destacable, por eso pongo 4 estrellas es por la atención en el recepción. Son ágiles, amables, resolutivos, diría que para mí, la estancia de ha sostenido por ellos. Dar especial gracias a Miguel en recepción.

Hemos pasado una semana en este hotel. Es un hotel de montaña. Para nosotros ideal para ir a esquiar. La silla está a 20 metros de la puerta del hotel y el guarda esquíes está en la entrada del hotel. Todo muy cómodo. El bus gratuito para ir a Astún también está al lado del hotel. El desayuno está muy bien. Tipo bufet con un poco de todo y abundante y muy bien organizado. Tiene un restaurante y un bar que está con la cocina abierta todo el día. Muy recomendable. Lo mejor de todo es el personal. Todos son estupendos. Todos geniales. Gente amable y servicial. Te hacen sentir en casa. Especial mención a Javier de recepción. Un tipo muy grande. Gracias por todos tus recomendaciones Javier. Gracias a todos. Un hotel muy recomendable para ir a Candanchu o Astún
