Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Goa. The staff, in particular, made the stay even more special. Nisha Doley and Eva, among others, were incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The property itself is beautiful, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend Novotel Goa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We used for sightseeing. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. As for the stay, it was a satisfactory hotel.

A Fabulous Place. We have just had 2 weeks there which was our first ever holiday to India. We are in love the place. The hotels staff are the nicest staff we have met in a long time. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a lovely smile. Excellent food all inclusive. The food all over the area to be honest is fabulous and such great value for money as it’s so inexpensive to a fact we felt guilty going out and paying 25 quid for 6 of us eating and a drink. Up to max we paid was 65 quid but drank all night. Lovely rooms and cleaners are in every day to clean and completely change the bed and towels. I also need to mention the jewellery shop within the hotel gates called Jaipur Gems & craft’s. We bought the most stunning rings there which we made to what we wanted. Pics don’t show the quality of the workman ship. The diamonds are like fire and my husband’s blue diamond is like nothing you can get in UK. He was the best value we found and we went in many shops before trying him one day as leaving the hotel. He’s a lovely gentleman and his brother. He worked with us on price and budget and was 45 -60% cheaper than quotes I had received from the shops on the Main Street. I got more than I agreed as he added 3 more grams of gold than I asked for and 6 more diamonds on the shank. We are just back and I’m already looking at having a couple more pieces from him which he ships to you. I have spoken to other clients he has who also order from him and have it shipped. Trouble is he’s so good it’s gonna cost me as I won’t be away. Lol.

Checked into GT for a week on business. Enjoyed the place so much stayed back for an extra 2 days. Spent around 1 week here and the hospitality of this place is top notch. Everyone is very polite and always ready to lend a helping hand. Alisha is a very pleasant person to hold a conversation with she's extremely sweet. Will definitely make this my regular stay at Goa.

Ubaldina,abdur, Tapan , moni , Asmita, Chaitanya, all the staff were very friendly and ready to help , service given by all the staff member very nice , Mr. Vatan was also kind to help us whenever we need anything Overall our stay was excellent and I would recommend to stay here and I would like to stay back for our next holiday again

Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.
