Fui em março/ Abril com minha família , o local é limpo, os funcionários prestativos e educados , a moça que trabalha no café da manhã é maravilhosa , educada , está de parabéns. Gostei bastante , em vista do que as avaliações estava falando.

Hotel ótimo em todos os aspectos Reformado, ambiente muito agradável. Tudo limpo e café da manhã delicioso. Bem localizado em canelas. Ficamos no chalé e nossos amigos em quartos e não temos o que reclamar, com certeza retornaremos.

Não foi possível, apesar da reserva confirmada (via Hurb), ao chegar no hotel o atendente disse que não existia reserva alguma, apresentei a confirmação e não tive sucesso. Nem hotel nem a Hurb se importaram com o ocorrido. Procurei outro hotel para dormir, Era uma diária de 30 a 01 de maio. Dois adultos e uma criança de 3 anos.

A localização é perfeita, perto do centro, mas longe da multidão. Atendimento atencioso e funcional, voltaria com certeza. Café da manhã incluído, aproveite as delícias da serra. Os quartos dispõe de ar condicionado, o que nas noites em Canela, faz muita diferença, pois a temperatura tende a cair bastante.

Neste feriado me hospedei no Garden Hotel Canela, cuja foto não registra a realidade. Atendimento péssimo, quartos feios, banheiros entupidos, insetos no quarto. Quando vc entra lá te passam um folheto com as instruções, ou seja se vc perguntar qualquer coisa depois, te respondem que está escrito nas instruções. Serviço de limpeza de quarto só se pagar adicional.....um absurdo. Cobrança obrigatória de taxa de turismo. Prestação de serviço com baixa qualidade, numa cidade onde o turismo e bom receber é feito com tanta excelência, como a cidade de Canela.
