Sucio por dentro y por fuera, antiguo, descuidado, toallas pequeñas, lámparas rotas, pocos enchufes, se oyen todos los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas...... Los productos del desayuno todos industriales.En fin para no volver. Éso sí, al lado del parking.

Hotel, o mejor dicho hostal, que te transporta a los años 80 por su decoración. Nos toco una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con las fotografías que tienen en su web. Muebles muy antiguos y algunos estropeados, camas incomodas, almohadas extrafinas, iluminación antiguada, baños antiguo con desconchones y zonas de moho, cortinas de la bañera llena de moho por la parte inferior, toallas que de lo finas que son, no secan, paredes sucias, wifi que no funcionó ningún día, no tiene teléfono ni caja fuerte ni aire acondicionado ni garaje, llaves de la de cerradura de toda la vida que debes de dejar en la consigna, el primer día no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuvimos que avisar para que lo hicieran a ultima hora de la tarde... en fin, un desastre que encima no nos costo nada barato. Lo único bueno es que estaba bien situado, aunque Cangas de Onís no es un lugar muy grande. Para no volver nunca y por supuesto para no recomendarlo

C’est un très bon hôtel, près du centre de Cangas de Onís. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L’accueil est agréable et c’est une très bonne surprise de trouver quelqu’un qui parle français! Le personnel est serviable et donne des conseils d’endroits à visiter dans la région. J’y ai passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nos recomendaron este hotel pero al llegar y verlo nos decepcionó. Solo cogimos alojamiento que es de lo que puedo dar opinión. Para mí debería de tener 1 estrella. Mobiliario en general viejo y con mucho uso ( cama, colchones, somieres de muelles, almohadas ). Limpieza no muy acusada y un olor ambiental un tanto desagradable como a madera vieja y ambiente mal ventilado. Por cercanía al pueblo genial, porque estaba a 5’ caminando pero lo que es la habitación fatal. Y no teníamos nevera que es algo que yo eché en falta .

Las habitaciones normales sin más pero la comida muy mal, comidas crudas y sin variedad, por no hablar del menú de celíacos que aseguran y que resulta ser inexistente por lo que van improvisando y nunca comes temprano siempre todo tarde y nada bueno. No lo recomiendo nada.

Estuvimos una semana alojados y estuvimos a gusto, sobre todo me encantó el restaurante. 🏢 La ubicación es buena, Cangas no es muy grande así que todo pilla cerca, la estación de autobuses está al lado. 🛏 La habitación estaba bien para un par de días, pero para varios días era incómoda. Super pequeña, un escritorio inutilizable debido al poco espacio... Se nota que estaba vieja, entraba frío y en el armario no cabía nada, además de que estaba a oscuras y no veías nada de lo que metías. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban limpios. 🥗 La comida expectacular. Cocina asturiana muy bien preparada y buena cantidad. Fabes, escalopines al cabrales, pastel de cabracho... buenísimo todo. 👩🏻💼 Personal amable y muy paciente. 🧑🏻🦽 Hay ascensor, pero para acceder al hotel desde la calle hay escalones.

Fuímos a este hotel como única opción porque en el hotel que estábamos no tenían disponibilidad para una noche más. Sabíamos de sus pésimas referencias. La cama olía a rancio, sin a/a, las paredes arañadas, el colchón de los años 50, lo peor, la recepcionista llamada Amparo. Exigente, antipática exigiendo pagar la habitación casi antes de pisar el hotel.

Me parece deplorable la pésima atención al cliente que tienen, había realizado una reserva y llame por teléfono para confirmar que todo estuviese correcto, la atención por parte del señor que cogió el teléfono ha sido muy borde, lo cual me ha llevado a la decisión de cancelar la reserva pues si son así de bordes por teléfono no me quiero imaginar en persona. Han perdido un cliente.

Comidas y cenas deplorables, horarios no respetados. Trato a los alérgicos malo, sin entender la situación. Personal antipático y poco atento con un trato mejorable. No recomendable para viajes de cualquier tipo.
