預訂2間，當晚朋友去住的時候説衹住一間，另一間取消。前台沒取消，也沒打電話問要不要住，第二天酒醒了再退，前台是不給退的，差那點錢麼一個酒店，你老闆修酒店的時候我們還吃過飯，也不想為這個事找人説理，下面的人做事衹能一板一眼，也就那樣了吧
