Also free late check-out until 14:00 pm. Cleanliness: The guest room is large in size, and the waiter cleans it very well, and also provides fruits and snacks. Very heartwarming Facilities: Although some are a bit old, they are fully equipped. And the service staff made me feel warm and at home, which is not so important! Environment: The environment is elegant and the lobby is clean and tidy. There is also a tea and snack area that can be used for free. Location: Less than 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station and 5 minutes' walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. It’s really convenient and the first choice for business trips!

I booked the wrong room type, but the front desk lady changed it to a big bed for free. She was very warm and polite, and helped us find a parking space. The service was very good. The room was also very spacious. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the design was very good. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel's shower gel smelled very good, and it was orange-flavored. I liked it very much. The hotel also has a parking lot and a laundry room, which is free and very convenient.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

This was a high end luxury hotel decades ago. Now the time has taken its toll. Walking on the thick carpet on the hallway, you can easily imagine how marvelous it must be twenty years ago. Now the equipments are kinda of out dated. There is no restaurants or stores in walking distance. The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are much bigger than those of the newer hotels at this price range, and they have many toiletterias, even two shower robes. If you are ok to take taxi or didi (Chinese Uber) all three time, this hotel is a good choice.

The room was OK, the restaurant air conditioning was very poor, the order was sweaty, the hotel guests went swimming for an hour, and almost was blackmailed by the guy who was watching the door. What's more ridiculous is that two people who met like security in the square outside the hotel stopped me from shooting the hotel exterior video, which was inexplicable! First time meeting such ridiculous and angry hotel management!
