臨時選擇的酒店，員工熱情友好，從入住到退房，全程都能感受到他們的貼心服務，前台接待快速專業，能做到有求必應，熱情解答各種疑問，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。視野也很寬闊，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，還有茶吧枱，太nice了，必須好評

位置不錯，服務也挺好，房間窗户比較小，早餐也算不錯。但是，有個核心問題，朝向小區的房間夜裡能聽到巨大的噪音，白天無所謂，夜裡那個聲音可以讓你無法入睡，窗户隔音很差，我帶了耳塞，凌晨四五點還是被吵醒了，可能是中央空調的聲音。

之前來滄州玩兒住的第一個酒店就是維也納，總之是習慣了，每次來都住維也納了，昨天有點小插曲，忘記帶身份證啦，前台小姐姐特別耐心的告訴去開證明，言而總之維也納給我的體驗感是最棒的，住宿環境也特別好，服務態度超級好，早上退房的時候小姐姐也特別熱情，環境，衞生，服務都超級棒！

酒店的服務設施是很不錯的，剛到滄州，導航到了維也納，本來怕不好停車，結果到了才發現停車問題在維也納這根本不成問題，整整兩層地下停車場，還是升降式的，根本不用發愁沒地方停車，前台服務也很熱情！而且走的時候還能領取免費的停車券，真是非常貼心了
