The room is nice, clean, sanitary and spacious. It is very close to Nanchuan Old Street and the three buildings, and you can walk there... It is very convenient to eat around... The only drawback is that the parking lot is in the backyard of the hotel, which is not very big. The road to the parking lot is not easy to drive. There are always illegal parking vehicles blocking half of the road. The parking spaces in the yard are compact. Drivers with poor parking skills should consider it carefully...

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. Parking is very convenient. As soon as I checked in, I handed in hot milk. The weather was so cold. I felt the hospitality of the hotel. It was very good and there was a fruit plate.
The room equipment is new and there is a smart home. The bathroom and toilet wash basin are separated. Easy to use. Sanitary ware faucet is branded. 👍👍
There is also a free laundry service. A sister will help you wash it and then send it back to the room 👏👏. It is really intimate and saves us a lot of time to travel to several more scenic spots.
Breakfast is rich in choices.

Traveling on November, I didn't expect it to be too hot. The first time I went to Cangzhou , I didn't know the terrain very well. I chose James Joyce, which was very good value.

I booked the wrong room type, but the front desk lady changed it to a big bed for free. She was very warm and polite, and helped us find a parking space. The service was very good. The twin rooms are all 1.35 meters, large and comfortable, with two kinds of pillows to choose from. The afternoon tea, supper and breakfast are very heartwarming and rich in variety. The shower room in the room has background music, which makes people relax. Parking is also convenient. The meals in the western restaurant are also very affordable, but unfortunately I don't have time to taste them. Treasure hotel!
