We had a week’s skiing holiday here. Great value for money. Excellent food for all the family. Breakfast outstanding. Children’s room, bar billiard and table tennis great. Just opposite the ski hire shop and gondola. Perfect for children who complain about walking in boots and carrying skis. Very convenient when you have forgotten gloves/helmet/iphone. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely my first choice for future holidays

Let's keep it simple with a pros and cons review! Pros: cheaper than many other hotel considering position and season (ski season), free ski lockers, 30mt from gondolas (cable car), big, varied and tasty breakfast, nice mountain hotel-like mood with a nice hall with fireplace, pool table books and bar. Personally I dind't mind the fact that the hotel was basically NEVER renewed to modern standards, it has that sort of "early 80's" style... BUT... Cons: ...but that comes with many flaws! Dated furniture and smell of smoke/toilet, luckily not in all the rooms. When we complained about that, we only had a maid showing up with a spray product, as if this would have solved the issue. Unbelievable! Eventually we changed room (tip: go for a TWIN room, chances are it will be bigger). The room look nowhere near as neat as in the pictures. Don't be fooled by that. Overall is a good choice for skiers who don't want to spend crazy money for accomodation.

Terrible hotel. We booked a double bed but got two single beds. Very romantic, not. The room was worn down, but when we showed photo from ********** the reply was, we are not responsible for accurancy. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Very old hotel, without any renovation for 30 years. Bad hygiene, practically no cleaning in rooms (hair on the pillows, sheets, etc.) and it smells horrible. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. 3 stars? Laughably, it doesn't even reach the level of a hostel. Room: 216

Hotel with an excellent location when you come to ski! At the foot of the gondola where there are also 2 ski equipment rental companies. In the heart of the village with access to shops, restaurants, pharmacy... The rooms are dated but comfortable and very clean (kudos to the maintenance staff). Good quality bedding. One problem: soundproofing and very noisy Spanish customers! The restaurant is excellent both for the very varied breakfast and for the dinners with multiple choices and very satisfactory quality (special mention to the chef). The restaurant's servers are extremely friendly, caring and dedicated: a great team! Well done !!! The welcome at the reception just as respectful and attentive, especially the gentleman. A plus for after ski evenings, the spacious lounge with fireplace, billiards, table football... To be done again without hesitation

Hotel well located, but aging. We spent a week there. BE CAREFUL during hot periods (summer): no air conditioning, it is very hot in the attic rooms for the family rooms, on the 3rd floor! intolerable ! A stone's throw from France, the staff does not speak French, and does not make the effort! Most of the staff are friendly, but at breakfast it's hard to get a smile! And the end time is the end time, no possibility of serving yourself anything beyond 10 a.m. for breakfast. : very rigid! In conclusion: I find the value for money excessive!!!

Little renovated hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, a bit expensive but very comfortable for skiing as it has a ski storage room and direct access to the cable car, adequate breakfast, with leisure services and a nice hall to have a drink next to a fireplace, staff friendly and with a small children's room for children
