This is a very nice hotel-apartment. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet, and warm. The room contains a nice kitchenette, which includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove. There is a washing machine as well. The view was beautiful. There is a possibility for parking (extra pay) There is a shuttle to and from the skiing sites. There is a supermarket close by (2 min walk) and a restaurant just across the street. The staff was very friendly, but the reception is not 24/7

Although this region is so active and so much well-known for skiing in winter but due to very hot weather in Europe, it is becoming a good travel destination during summer. Els Llac apartment is quite equipped for big groups. The kitchen equipment is perfect. Nearly whatever you need is available. A 7 days supermarket is in front of it and you may buy whatever you need. If you wish to eat at restaurants, you may need to go to Soldeu. I prefer "Pas de la casa" as many restaurants are close together. Take with you all the equipment for trekking and hiking. It is a good place for hiking and trekking with beautiful springs and narure (one photo uploaded). If your group is not such a shopping fan, and admire nature, instead of Anddora it is better to remain at the height of 1900 meters above sea level. The open air jaccuzi is perfect. Unfortunately at the second day it was out of order and not repaired until when we were there.

Perfect accommodation, comfortable, clean, spacious and above all very well equipped, spa, hammam, jacuzzi, sauna. The only downside is the language barrier, difficult to understand. Otherwise magnificent view. Dishwasher, washing machine, small supermarket nearby

We had been to the Park Piolets hotel on several occasions (last at the end of January 2022) and we were not sure if the apartments were going to adapt to our needs and expectations since the hotel is exceptional, both in facilities and in practicality for the skiing as a family, with the ski locker, the transfers (I must highlight the kindness, disposition and professionalism of Joaquín) and especially the buffet of very high quality and variety with unbeatable treatment by Mr Pere and his team. Our stay in the apartments has been very good, thanks to the kindness of all the staff (Jessica, Nicolas, etc.). Comoleto household items. Washer and dryer, etc. I have to highlight that the apartments are great, with a much more welcoming condition/decoration than the image shown in the photos on the website (they should consider putting more representative ones).

Ya habíamos estado y deseábamos volver!!! Siempre aprovechamos para pasar un fin de semana desconectados y rodeados de naturaleza y la verdad, Els Llacs no decepciona.
