Great little hotel. Really clean. Easy to find. It is up a hill so a bit of a trek with luggage but only around 5-10 mins to town depending on where you’re going (downhill). Super friendly staff with excellent English. The only negative was that we were on the ground floor so there’s a bit of noise with people coming in and out and the breakfast being prepped and served, but that didn’t bother us as we were up and out early both mornings.

A real soundproofing problem, another real problem is the age of the furniture, very old, a good renovation and a change of furniture could give a real 3 star hotel, to my taste deserves 2 stars maximum, a real disappointment for a short stay that I really did not want to extend

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Overall I had no complaints with my stay here. The room had a comfortable bed, side tables, TV, and mini fridge. The en suite bathroom was clean and the shower had a good temperature and good pressure.

Small hotel near the center of Cannes, a little old-fashioned but very correct. Room and bathroom a little dated and especially poorly soundproofed but the comfort is there. You can see the sea and the Canto port from most of the rooms, offering a fantastic landscape when you wake up. The receptionist is adorable. In short, a small, unpretentious hotel ideal for a night or two while passing through. Very small parking lot at the foot of the hotel.
