Small rooms not really clean nd rude receptionist. Very central but street is very noisy as it is located in a pedestrian area. Lots of coffee shop and restaurants around and main train and buses station very close. 300m walking distance from beach

This is no big chain hotel and the rooms are not huge BUT it is right in the heart of Cannes and it is run by some of the most friendly people I have met in hotels. The value for money was great and whilst the room is not big it has everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and had a small desk and chair to work on too. The only slight moan was the bed had a plastic under sheet, but I slept really well so can’t really complain too much. Wifi was free and generally pretty good although did drop out from time to time. Breakfast was €10 and was continental, lovely fresh baguette, pastries, yoghurt and good selection of cheeses and jams. The team were very accommodating and remembered small details like how I had my tea on the second day which really makes a difference. Well recommended for a central value stay.

Super hôtel, calme, propre, localisation PARFAITE, equipe accueillante et souriante, j ai adoré cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses, c'est vraiment THE PLACE TO BE à Cannes, je recommande à 2000%. proche centre ville, gare, port, croisette, palais des festivals, etc... just amazing ❤️

Hôtel très bien situé à 3 mn de la gare et à 5 mn du palais des festivals. Excellent accueil, chambre propre, calme , petit déjeuner très correct. Ambiance familiale et bon rapport qualité prix pour Cannes en hyper centre je conseille vivement . Je reviendrai avec plaisir !!!

Après avoir passé 2 semaines dans cet hôtel , je recommande cet hôtel qui est très propre et proche de tous les restaurants ainsi que de la gare . Personnel accueillant et souriant ce qui est rare de nos jours. Hôtel sécurisant !! J’y retournerai avec plaisir ! Je mets une note de 9 sur 10 👍👍

Cet hôtel est très bien placé à quelques pas de la Croisette, de la plage, de la gare aussi. La rue est piétonne avec beaucoup de restaurants autour. Les chambres sont d'une taille normale, confortable, la notre avait une belle terrasse ensoleillée. La nuit était calme, l'insonorisation est bonne. Le personnel est absolument adorable, très arrangeant, au petit soin pour que tout se passe bien. Une très belle expérience pour un prix très doux. Je recommande sans hésiter.
