For such a price, no robes, slippers, or basic toiletries were provided. Had to go to the reception, where they only gave slippers and shower caps. The breakfast was standard, surprised by the completely tasteless omelette. We chose this hotel solely based on our experience of staying at a hotel of this chain in Bangkok, heaven and earth. The last two days, the keys to the room were constantly blocked, which caused inconvenience. In general, the hotel service does not correspond to the level of 4 stars and does not justify its price.
