Hotel was nice and clean the owner was a very nice amiable person .food was standard 3 star fare with the emphasis on fish ,one thing I would say is you need a car to get about from za Maria I don’t drive so felt kind of stuck in the area no taxis ,no buses to get around

Terribile esperienza fatta il giorno di capodanno 2025. Andati con un gruppo di "amici" abbastanza numeroso ci hanno riservato un menù,a dir poco,da serie c, scandaloso. Antipasto fatto 2 bruschette al pomodoro,di cui una senza condimento,e un involtino di melanzana . Come ha sottolineato un mio commensale " neanche nella peggiore pizzeria della nostra zona avremmo ricevuto tale pietanza". Ma passiamo ai primi paccheri al ragù e rigatoni alla norma ( salsa di pomodoro e melanzane).scandaloso per un pranzo di capodanno. Completa il pranzo una fettina , striminzita di vitello con un involtino e 2 pezzi di patate di contorno. No comment. Il clou si prospetta alla fine del pranzo,dove uno si aspetta quantomeno un dolce ,visto la festività. Macché 3 pezzettini di ananas rancida con una pallina di gelato al limone. Facciamo notare al proprietario che abbiamo pagato profumatamente per questo pranzo ma riceviamo solo un sorriso sarcastico in risposta. Allora a questo punto dico: Mai più,za Maria. State alla larga

Mooi hotel, mooie ligging. Zo’n 250 m lopen en was je aan het kiezelstrand met kraakhelder water. Het zwembad werd nu niet meer onderhouden gezien het groene water. Ontbijt was prima, ook glutenvrij kunnen ontbijten. Geen diner mogelijk omdat het het einde seizoen was. Mooi uitzicht. Vlakbij een spoor maar hier geen hinder van ondervonden. Airco werkte prima, kamer was schoon, föhn aanwezig, bed groot en helaas keihard. Heerlijk op het balkon kunnen zitten met een gekoeld drankje want er is een koelkastje op de kamer. TV aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk. Erg leuke stad Stefano di Camastra is vlakbij. Hier mogelijkheden voor winkelen, eten, pinnen.

Der Service im Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr schlecht. Frühstück gab es von 8:00-9:30 und bestand aus einem Baguette und abgepackten Marmeladendosen. Ei wurde missmutig serviert ebenso heißes Wasser für Tee. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht d.h. Zum Abendessen von 20:00 bis 21:00 gab es ein Gericht Pasta. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber nicht ruhig. Es fuhr ein Zug zwischen Hotel und Strand direkt vorbei. Strand hat große Steine und läd nicht zum Baden ein. Der Pool wurde die ganze Zeit gereinigt. Wir hatten 7 Nächte gebucht und sind nach zwei Nächten abgereist.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale, un pò datata, ma decisamente ben rifinita. Le camere sono spaziose ed il primo piano condivide un terrazzo favoloso. Il ristorante ha una vista meravigliosa ed in cibo è discreto. Sicuramente un punto a sfavore è il tratto da percorrere per raggiungere la piscina e la spiaggia, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo lo rende accettabile. Migliorabile è invece la gestione, abbiamo segnalato il primo giorno dei malfunzionamenti nel bagno, ci è stato risposto che la stanza era stata occupata fino al giorno prima e che tutto funzionava, ma avrebbero verificato. Il giorno dopo abbiamo sottolineato il problema, ma dopo una settimana nessuno ha fatto niente. Oltre a ciò, personalmente, credo che il gestore non abbia provato simpatia nei confronti miei e del mio compagno visto che in più occasioni ha snobbato alla grande le nostre richieste. Consiglio più manutenzione delle stanze, in particolare dei bagni, ed una gestione più empatica.

Abbiamo prenotato a marzo pagando caparra e prenotando viaggio in nave pagato anticipatamente. 6 gg prima della partenza ci arriva una mail che ci informa della non possibilità di poterci ospitare per un problema idrico. Chiedendoci iban per restituire caparra. Non credo che informazioni del genere vengano date via mail ma almeno un telefonata. 2 Gg dopo simuliamo una prenotazione nella stessa settimana e ci viene detto che era tutto pieno per quelle date. Quindi non era chiuso. Esperienza pessima Totale mancanza di rispetto per i clienti. Non vi ho conosciuto di persona ma credo sia stato meglio così. Da evitare!
