We really enjoyed our stay at Stacci. We loved beach life that is 20 to 30 minutes drive away, and beutiful Modica town! Diner option is sensational with their young and talented Head chef. We would also like to thank the entire staff for very friendly service.

I spent 4 days with my family at Stacci and had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was full of delicious, freshly made and local products. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also great location for visiting amazing places like Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. I really recommend it. We will go back.

Fantastic experience. Everything is clean and tidy and the resort is really well kept. Nice breakfast with croissants filled on request, Local products and hot breakfast cooked by the very kind chef. Not far from the sea and Modica, but really enjoyable country environment. Thanks again

We recently booked the whole place out for a family vacation for two weeks. There were 10 of our us including two 20 month old twins. The place was magnificent. Very clean and all rooms were very well appointed. Our stay included a chef and a maid. It was very challenging for the chef to plan all our lunches and dinners every day. Alexandra ( the Chef) did a marvellous job satisfying everyone young and old. The meals were excellent in taste and freshness. They even catered for the twins. Overall the staff were very helpful and attentive. A special mention to Soul our in house barista who make the best cappuccino we ever tasted.They even cooked a special meal to celebrate a 70th birthday outdoors. In very aspect of our stay we could not find any fault We strongly recommend this venue for a family get together

Lo chef Alessandro nasce a Modica da famiglia sardo-siciliana, e viene influenzato sin da bambino dai sapori autentici della sua terra. Dopo anni passati tra le migliori cucine del mondo - tra cui il tre stelle Michelin di Nadia Santini - torna nella sua cittá nativa, dove porta le tecniche apprese in uno scenario (anche se i piatti della tradizione mantengono un ruolo chiave nel menù. La carta prevede un percorso degustazione che varia stagionalmente prediligendo prodotti a chilometro zero. La scelta di utilizzare al massimo quattro ingredienti in ciascuna portata è dettata dal fatto di voler esaltare dei sapori caratteristici, rendendo l'intera cena un piacevole percorso alla scoperta della Sicilia. Partendo dall'amuse bouche, Alessandro porta subito al palato i sapori siculi: la mousse di ricotta con finocchio gratinato con Ragusano Dop e olio di loro produzione risulta cremosa e leggera, preparandoci ai sapori decisi proposti nelle portate successive. Si parte dal Girello di razza modicana con erbe aromatiche e capuliato (un tipico condimento ragusano a base di pomodorini secchi) e si prosegue con una "Meatball" di vitellino e maialino che fa da scrigno al cuore filante di Piacentino Ennese, un formaggio di pecora preparato con zafferano e pepe. Con i Grattoni si entra nel vivo del percorso: un piatto in cui si crea un gioco di contrasti perfettamente studiato; vengono proposti in versione risottata con un brodo delicato allo zafferano, salsiccia al frappato e note piccanti conferite della foglia di nasturzio (pianta rampicante commestibile) che ricorda il sapore della senape. Lo chef prosegue il viaggio con l'Entrecote cotta a bassa temperatura e accompagnata da un cremoso di fegatini al Marsala, il cui sapore delicato e delicato e dolciastro viene arricchito da quello delle verdure marinate allo zenzero e zest di limone. Si conclude in dolcezza con un cremoso di cioccolato di Modica, dove il gusto amaro del cioccolato 100% fondente è calmierato dall'accostamento con la pera e un crumble, più dolce, al cioccolato bianco.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo resort, frutto di un accurato recupero di un’antica masseria. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile e le camere confortevoli e ben curate. Nota di pregio il ristorante, stranamente poco frequentato. Piatti moderni ma attenti alla tradizione. Un percorso di sapori ben strutturato. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto il personale. Chiudo con un modesto consiglio: evitare la musica in filodiffusione soprattutto in zona piscina. Non tutti apprezzano e spesso si vuole solo riposare.

Se state cercando un luogo in cui staccare la spina ed essere coccolati, questo è il resort che fa per voi. Pace e tranquillità immersi nella campagna di Modica. Pur essendo in posizione un po’ defilata è comodo per raggiungere moltissime località del barocco siciliano e bellissime spiagge. Struttura davvero bella, ristrutturata con cura, arredata con gusto, ma senza perdere l’autenticità. Bellissima la piscina e il giardino ben tenuto.Abbiamo dormito benissimo in quanto le stanze sono ben coibentate ed i materassi super comodi Tutto il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e cortese durante la nostra permanenza ed un ringraziamento particolare va a Desiré e ai suoi preziosi consigli! la colazione è molto ricca, dolce e salata, curata e preparata “in casa” utilizzando materie prime e specialità della zona! Pur avendo scelto la formula B&B abbiamo voluto provare anche la cena, con menù degustazione, ne siamo rimasti veramente contenti, piatti raffinati ricercati e squisiti. La nostra cena è stata sicuramente un’esperienza pazzesca grazie allo chef Alessandro! Insomma un posto dove tornare❤️
