Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Renovation of 3-star hotel: it has several flaws for being a 5-star. On the day of our arrival, since the room was not ready, we left our bags at the reception and went to the beach. In the evening, when we returned from the beach, our luggage was still at the reception and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get it back to our room. Restaurant without toilet: you have to go to the one at reception. Spacious, modern but noisy room: at night you can hear all the voices of passers-by and the noises from the corridor (including a dog barking from a nearby room) and from the upper floor. Although the hotel reserves two sunbeds and an umbrella per room, the The beach is promiscuous (perhaps public) with noisy people and not at all relaxing: children everywhere 😩 The private Jacuzzi is stuck on the balcony, exposed to the nearby condominiums and also dangerous at the parapet. The hotel car park is not in the building but they take the car to an unspecified car park nearby. Check out time is 10am….. and we are in a 5 star hotel!!!!! Poor quality breakfast, very long waits, unequipped buffet. And finally: if you want to stay on the beach on the day of check-out you have to pay extra😩 Never again!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all’Hotel Unico di Caorle, attirati dalla forte presenza sui social che lo presenta come un hotel 5 stelle di lusso. Purtroppo, la realtà è ben diversa. L’esperienza complessiva è stata ampiamente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per chi – come noi – è abituato a veri standard da 5 stelle. Dalla colazione alle camere ai servizi.

Entrata rovinata da un inaccettabile deposito di biciclette in uso per i clienti che rendono la vista della hall inadeguata ad un 5 stelle . Sembra di entrare da un meccanico ! La jacuzzi nel terrazzo che potenzialmente è un accessorio molto bello e ‘ stata palesemente posizionata a posteriori dal progetto di costruzione . Conseguenza già lamentata da altri recensori . Se stai in piedi rischi seriamente di cadere dal terrazzo . Con bambini piccoli il rischio è immenso e reale sono stupefatto che l’usl non abbia già chiuso e interdetto l’uso !! Igiene della vasca … lasciamo perdere era piena di sabbia lasciata dal precedente ospite … Reception . Una ragazza in particolare è alla reception e assolutamente inadeguata al suo ruolo . Ma anche in un hotel a 3 stelle . Non sa di che parla e cosa dice … un unico esempio su tutti … scendo ( siamo in 4 in una suite ..) gli chiedo una terza chiave … lei me la rifiuta … io gli dico ma è seria ? Siamo in quattro … e lei seriamente … la politica è di dare due chiavi al massimo per camera .. io gli rispondo ma se sono fuori come faccio a rientrare …? Salga in camera e si faccia dare la chiave da chi è in camera … ( no comment ) dopo ennesima insistenza , mi ha concesso una terza chiave raccomandandosi di non perderla e restituirla .. per il resto fatti positivi .. Al nostro arrivo una receptionist così incompetentemente mai trovata prima. Abbiamo perso un sacco di te lo inutile. Oltretutto davvero sgarbata e poco professionale. La struttura nel complesso è bella e moderna. Il bar sul tetto uno spettacolo. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è il loro ristorante. Servizio accogliente e professionale. Barman che ti dà davvero indicare che vino abbinare. E poi lo chef. Una cena stellata. Davvero la nostra cena migliore. Bravissimi tutti i ragazzi. Ovviamente tranne Sonia o Sara. Non ricordo bene. Comunque. la ragazza della reception.

Ottima struttura dotata di tutti i comfort. Spa deliziosa…piscina interna molto fruibile. Spettacolare il launge bar sul tetto con piscina a sfioro. Personale gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. La nostra camera fronte mare è dotata di una splendida terrazza con lettini, tavolo e Jacuzzi. Consigliatissimo per la posizione quasi pieds dans l'eau, che in questo periodo ci ha permesso di beneficiare di un panorama meraviglioso.

Hotel molto moderno e ben curato. Sauna e idromassaggio sul terrazzo funzionanti con anche Bluetooth per la musica. Panorama dul mare! Servizio ristorante ottimo: sia il personale sia la qualità del cibo sopra la media sia a colazione sia a cena. Biciclette in uso gratuito comode per raggiungere il centro!

der Service ist unfreundlich, man muß seine Koffer selbst schleppen der eine Aufzug hält nur auf den Zwischenetagen, der zweite riecht muffig und ist ständig belegt/defekt Zimmer mit mächtiger Säule mitten im Raum, stattdessen fehlt ein abgetrenntes WC, ein Bidet sowieso Rückenschmerzen durch harte, unbequeme Matratzen (trotz extra Topper) zusätzlich die Klimaanlage auch auf Minimum noch sehr laut u. direkt auf das Bett gerichtet, wirklich kein Schlafvergnügen! Der 2-Personen-Whirlpool sehr schmal + kurz, kein Tritt um gefahrlos ein/aussteigen zu können, als Rest bleibt nur ein Mini-Balkon mit Platz für nur 1 Stuhl und das bei einem DZ, durchsichtige Balkonabtrennung vom Nachbar-Balkon. Gourmet-Restaurant mit Pad-Nespresso zum Frühstück, keine Sunbeds u. Getränkeservice am Strand, am Rooftoppool gar keine Liegemöglichkeiten und zum Abstellen der Mängel hieß es dann immer „domani/morgen“. Fazit: wir kennen Unico-Hotels z.B. aus Barcelona als exzellentes Hotel, dieses in Caorle ist jedoch das totale Gegenteil - sehr schade. Für die Leistung absolut überteuert!
