No decent food. Rooms too small for the price we paid. We paid for dinner and as a first meal we had a very small portion of pasta and as second we had half baked potatoes coming from the freezer and a dry piece of meat not big enough to satisfy our hunger.

Very well looked after resort both in terms of external and internal spaces. The guys at the reception were very helpful and with a smile, they immediately put us at ease and gave advice on the surrounding areas to visit. There are playgrounds, spaces for children and swimming pools. Clean rooms with all comforts. It's a shame we couldn't use the swimming pool, as it was closed due to the period. Early check-in appreciated. Very good breakfast. I also recommend it to families.

We love Capalbio. Wonderful village that has always moved us and the structure reflects the charm of the place. The resort is truly beautiful, very well maintained, the cottage spotless, tastefully furnished and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming, available to satisfy any request. The swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and paddle courts are beautiful and well-kept. Top beds and mattresses. Also thanks to the absolute silence in which we were immersed, we enjoyed a truly regenerating night's sleep! What can I say...we will definitely repeat the experience

We spent 2 days in this paradise with my husband and my 6 month old son. Independent houses, beautiful, clean and equipped. Very much appreciated restaurant inside! Only note: everything is a bit expensive 😅. We will definitely be back!!!

I vacationed at this beautiful resort in August 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, an infinite number of places to visit are easily reachable (Capalbio, Isola del Giglio and Giannutri, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, Saturnia spa, tarot garden, the archaeological park of Vulci, Talamone, etc.. .) even if you feel like staying in the resort and enjoying the pool. The accommodations are beautiful, spotlessly clean, well furnished and with a splendid veranda. Breakfast is from 10. The staff is perfect, including the owners, and special praise goes to the pizza chef because he is a uniquely friendly person. The food is excellent at the restaurant. Swimming pool and tennis and padel courts kept perfectly. Just one note, try to extend the days from 24 to 48 hours when you come on holiday. Compliments.

Lovely place in a pine forest ideal for families, clean, well laid out and extremely practical apartments. Unfortunately, however, given the price paid, one cannot fail to take into account the obvious shortcomings in all services: - poor breakfast in the sweet part (dry and never fresh cakes); - poorly maintained swimming pool; - agreement with establishment definitely to be reviewed. The evening entertainer for the children is top. I would recommend it only at lower prices

We stayed at the resort in a Comfort cottage for 1 week. Residence only formula. The Resort is charming, well-kept and well located in the area. A few kilometers from Capalbio and the beaches of Ansedonia and Torba. The cottage had a simple but welcoming structure, an excellent Daikin air conditioning system and the only notes: the bathroom was a little too basic and the patio bordered seamlessly with the neighbours' patio so you were "practically" at home others during meals and moments of relaxation. The resort has Padel courts, swimming pool, tennis and five-a-side football. Staff generally helpful and attentive. Fortunately we had not opted for the half board formula since the restaurant was really poor in terms of service and quality both in our direct impression and in that of other residents. By seriously improving the food & beverage area and with some aesthetic attention to the cottages, the resort would really have very high potential.

Rude and irreverent attitude on the part of the owner of the pizza restaurant during orders. Cold and inedible pizza. Last but not least: they had the courage to apply a surcharge of Euro 3.00 per person - we were a group of 7 people - for having kept one of our bottles in the fridge (brought to the club in the afternoon) and for having given us 7 glasses to toast at the end of the dinner.
