I was fortunate enough to spend 6 days in this wonderful setting on business. The staff were fabulous, the food and ambience unmatched and the rooms were simply fantastic. Breakfast was tasty and the location unmatched. I would heartily recommend to anyone.

I stayed at Fernwood for 3 nights. It was a business trip, and I travelled alone. I booked in fairly late in the evening as was warmly welcomed. Breakfast was exceptional and I enjoyed relaxing at the swimming pool in the evenings. I believe I had the biggest room (#9) and it had more than enough space to catch up on emails in the evenings and also to relax. Beautiful decor and clean. I will definitely recommend Fernwood.

Remembering all guests’ names and welcoming you every morning with your favourite treats, Emanuela, Jane, Nathan and Aron treated us like family. This is our second visit to Fernwood. And we will be back many times. (The people we sat next to at breakfast have been coming for 15 years!) stay at Fernwood, you’ll love it. Lovely comfortable rooms and a relaxed luxurious feel under the mountain.

March will be my 7th time in Cape Town in just over 2 years and also my 7th stay at Fernwood. Emanela and her Team are simply the best hosts you coitus ever wish for.

A lovely oasis in a safe area of Cape Town. Nice big, comfortable room, a pretty garden, good pool, and an excellent breakfast. all the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even organising an evening meal as a special request on our first night which was very much appreciated. highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is very nice and quiet, and in a beautiful location next to . It's a great area to stay in the warmer months as it is typically several degrees cooler here than in the city centre. The staff were wonderfully warm and accommodating - and when I accidentally left my passport behind in the room safe, they were extremely helpful. I will certainly stay here again next time I am in Cape Town.
