Easy check in, everything you might need is present in the room but if there is something missing just ask wonderful people running the place and it will be there in a flash. We had a room with en-suite facilities, water in a shower was hot and pressure is great! Every single person of the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay the most comfortable, helping arrange and book trips, do a phenomenal housekeeping and maintenance work and simply delight every morning with a friendly chat.

Friendly hostess, attention to detail, ready to help, the room is clean, I liked everything. Nice view from the window when it's sunny. The room is in pictures of flowers, very atmospheric. It was a bit noisy when the neighbors left early in the morning, but it didn't bother me much.

We stayed over for an early morning hike up Lion’s Head. The manor is the perfect location and provided everything we needed including accepting my pet. The view from the room was gorgeous and we had a fridge for some food stuff. Comfortable bed and lovely bath. I would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here. We went for our honeymoon. Rooms are so small, dirty, and so noisey. Bathroom plumbing sounds bad and dirty. We left after 1 night, they charged us for 2, we have requested our money back multiple times and still have not received it.

It was very nice and familiar. The house is in a very quiet location. It is only an 8 minute walk to the main street where there are many restaurants and shops. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. Liesl was my angel of Cape Town. She has helped me so much with booking activities and ordering Uber drivers. And it was every morning nice to drink a Coffee. Thank you!!!!

Very nice and confortable room. Historic feel for this victorian house, with wooden floor and all these old style furniture and decoration. Nice view from the roof on Lion's head. Very friendly staff. The only down was the shower with a either too hot or cold shower. I loved being under the roof.
