I cannot recommend this hotel enough, from staff to food to a lovely clean unique hotel! Marietjie can not do enough for you she is the BEST!!! She helps in every way possible and goes above and beyond for the guests, the pool was beautiful and one of the girls had 2 torn ligaments and had a boot on and the steps were no problem it's a beautiful hotel, thank you all for everything! From the Irish and USA ladies!

We had a 6 night stay at The Grey Feb25. The hotel staff were all very friendly and happy to please. I had a couple of concerns about the pool being almost impossible to use - you really have to be very agile to get in and out. So we used it just the once. We had room 3 with a patio which had a fantastic view of table mountain. A pleasure to have the patio for day and evening. Handy to have the SPAR just around the corner which had everything we needed if we didnt feel like venturing out. V&A not too far away if walking but we felt after doing it once that an UBER would be better on really hot days. There are steps everywhere so not suitable for anyone infirm. Room always kept clean and tidy. No cupboards but we managed just fine. The hotel is small and in the right location if you want to be in de Waterkant area. Thanks for having us.
