I don’t feel safe in this hotel. Someone went through my luggage and stole money. Hotel didn’t do anything. I didn’t feel safe. very bad experience

Hotel shuttle to and from the waterfront is unreliable. Twice we have booked to return from the waterfront to the hotel, the shuttle did not turn up and reception had no record of our booking.
We were also advised that hotel surrounding area is not safe to walk around.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst staycation experiences of my life.
The hotel qualifies itself as 5 stars but in reality it is at most 3.
You can encounter a very long star check-in, this was the case for all our colleagues.
Location - honestly, it is in an unsafe place, you can't go out of the hotel in the evening, you can't even walk a couple of metres.
Breakfasts - very average, very
Also the hotel has big problems with communication - couldn't get through to the hotel (it would hang up), emails were not answered.
Take these factors into account if you decide to book.
