We made a big mistake and didn’t see the pet friendly listing. They put guests with very small dogs on each side of our room, they were of the lot of annoying yap yap type. Rooms very not soundproof. They had 3 linear buildings so could have put dog and non dog guests in different areas. Pool area and main building/ restaurant very nice design. Room buildings very ugly clean but worn and had the strangest 5 electrical outlets and light switch located at headboard below mattress level??? Food just fair and stay was overpriced as currently staying 10 km away for less and a 5 star place.

Hotel muito limpo e organizado, quando chegamos os cães foram recolhidos para o abrigo! Jantar bom e café muito bom! Garçom Glauco, muito atencioso e profissional! Achei o Leilande(acho que é esse nome, tem a esposa que é cozinheira), pouco simpático! No geral, super recomendo! Pena que a piscina não é aquecida☹️! Eu voltaria com toda certeza! Amei Capitólio

o hotel é bom, instalações boas, porém não consegui tomar um banho quente pois acho que devido ao fluxo maior de pessoas tomando banho juntas o sistema não da conta, e o jantar tambem deixa um pouco a desejar. a piscina é excelente. a equipe de recreação também anina pouco.

Estadia sensacional. Pessoal da recepção (Jean e Matheus) ultra prestativos, equipe da limpeza super dedicada, equipe da recreação (Tio Fofão e Tia Narizinho) nota 1000, equipe do restaurante (Lelande e todos) fantástica. Adorei tudo. Parabéns.

Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa. Localização privilegiada, às margens do lago de Furnas, facilitando a realização de passeios. Café da manhã excelente. O jantar também é muito bom, melhor ainda poder escolher o prato. Vale a pena conhecer.

Boa opção. Um hotel bonito, numa localização boa. Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã bom e equipe acolhedora. Vi dois defeitos: o primeiro é a falta de piscina aquecida. Ouvi de um funcionário que uma piscina menor era aquecida, mas está sem o aquecimento já há um bom tempo. O inverno na região é frio e a piscina aquecida cairia bem. O outro defeito é que a região do hotel que toca o lago não tem nenhum atrativo, nem sequer banqunhos. É um desperdício, dado que a região é muito bonita e curtir o beira-lago poderia ser algo bem legal.

Piscinas não aquecidas . Pelo menos 1 piscina aquecida ajudaria . Proteção da grade parapeito muito frágil próximo à piscina ( grade verde ) Problema pontual com a sócia do hotel que chamou atenção da funcionária que fez o seu melhor cedendo 1 Cx de leite e nescal para uma criança , sendo que não deixaria de pagar. Tiroleza é paredão não funcionando que estava incluso no pacote

Muitoo bom, super recomendo, confortável, ótimo custo benefício, atendimento excelente, principalmente o Jean da recepção, super atencioso e educado, só não gostei do bar da piscina, os drinks não são bons, mas de resto tudo maravilhoso . Voltarei sem dúvidas
