Amazing hotel! Staff really made the holiday. Big big shout out for jonluca came to see us every morning. Made sure ever night we had memories that will last a lifetime. Couldn’t possibly thank them enough. Cleaning staff went above and beyond to the point of folding our clothes from the night before and placing them in the wardrobes. Also a shout out to the bar staff it got to the point the bar staff seen me and started preparing what they knew I was going to order. The food was amazing definitely a big contribution to the 4* rating. I was expecting the usual thrown together all you can eat continental. But this was bar far not the case. I am a really fussy eater and every breakfast, lunch and dinner I had my fill. If they get to see this thank you again all we will be back!

Stayed as part of a group tour. Very large resort with a lot of facilities. Good location for travelling to main sightseeing places. Small beach only any good for sunbathing as very rocky under foot when attempting to enter for a swim. Also no shower or facilities at the beach. Have to book a morning or afternoon only beach session at reception. Beach towels not available from reception, beach or pool, have to obtain from shop when the shop is open for a short time in the morning and from 3:30pm in the afternoon, therefore need to obtain towels when shop is open prior to needing for the beach or pool. Rooms had a flat screen TV in bedroom and living room with safe, fridge and kettle. Good hot shower. Cleaned daily to an excellent standard. Majority of staff friendly, but a few not helpful at all. Food was buffet style with a good selection of cold food, however the so called hot food section had a poor selection as well as being barely luke warm. Complaints made daily were ignored by staff. The breakfast toaster did not work for six days out of seven and again daily complaints to the staff achieved nothing. In our opinion would not rate as any higher than 3 star, definitely not 4 star as listed. Would not stay here again.

We went as part of a Great Rail Journeys group and we were there for 7 nights. The entire place should either be closed or receive a major upgrade. The 'rooms" are all chalet style like the old Butlins concept, the first chalet we were assigned to had an ant infestation and reception told us they would send 'someone to 'spray'. We only received another room once we refused to stay in that one. The 'rooms' are very old, beaten up and in desperate need of a facelift. The air conditioning broke down after 4 days and one of the tv's wouldn't even turn on. The grounds of the resort are huge and everywhere looked like it could use some help. The food is buffet style and is luke warm at best, the menu never changes and the staff are beyond rude - they just ignore you completely or just push past you. There is one person on reception that is very friendly and helpful - the rest just couldn't be bothered. We were repeatedly told there were no maps of nearby Monopoli until the 'nice' receptionist opened a cupboard and there was a huge stack of them in there. The entertainment guy is the best person there, he is friendly and always makes a point to say hi when he sees you and will sit and talk if he has time. The 'private beach' is an absolute joke. This place was soooo very bad we will most likely never book a holiday with Great Rail Journeys again based on this experience.

This was not a 4 star hotel. Staff, apart from the entertainment guy, were grumpy and unhelpful. The restaurant was like a school canteen. The food was always luke warm and very uninteresting .the accommodation was very basic. The pool was just about ok. We were really disappointed. They need more training in all areas.

We love Antonio! He is profesional and nice always uwity smile and helpful! Thank you antonio our baby Kuba loves you! For antonio 5 Star!!!! Rest was terrivle recepcjonista with no respect for us, room was not prepare for us and restaurant was open just from 7pm!!!!

Stayed here for a week on a group tour with Great Railway Journeys. All inclusive. The complex is lovely, great pool & bar area, walking area through Pine trees, kids play area, conference centre. The restaurant served really good choices of food for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with nice wine & beer & soft drinks on tap. Self service. But the staff cleared plates & cleaned very quickly, they were so good & very friendly. The room was very clean & cosy with a pateo, little sitting room, bathroom & bedroom. Very comfy & quiet. Cleaning & clean towels & bedding daily. There's a nice little beach just across the road, clean & great for a swim. There's a lovely spa on site too, Stephanie there was very helpful. Nice area of Capitolo with a shuttle to a bigger town of Monopoli. I'd highly recommend a short or long stay here. It was quiet end of April but getting busy as we left in May.

Tomorrow ends my 7-days holiday in this resort. I liked it: comfortable chalets - living room, bed room and bath - clean and quiet. The self-service restaurant offers food of good quality - many local specialties ! I enjoyed the ESPRESSO: wherever you take it you will get a good one.

Certainly nice for young people who love music, ambiance, sport. But certainly not for a couple like us who wished to rest, enjoy the region en enjoy good food. Too noisy. Techno and rap music every afternoon. Nevertheless confortable and clean.
