We had two weeks at the Wave hotel this August and had a brilliant time. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lovely breakfast every day and there was a good selection of different foods. We ate a the restaurant in the evening and it was very good. Also the pool was kept immaculate and there was a little pool bar bar selling drinks and snacks. Our rooms were kept sparkling clean every day.

Stayed in the hotel groups of22 in february,friendly,helpful manager&staff except 1 extremely rude&unfriendly guy in reception,manager knows,group leader knows,if they dont get rid of him hotel is in trouble,we liked the hotel breakfast reasonable,rooms were clean,thank you.

A large group of us stayed at Wave during a 3-night tour. We used the Wave hotel as our base. The reception staff were organised and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh. The balcony had clear views of Mount Etna where at night, a slight lava flow from the volcano can be seen. Good Breakfast was served by welcoming and friendly staff and was of good variety and quality. A short walk down to the bay and there are delightful restaurants/cafes and bars. Perfect coffee is available at most places. The hotel is peaceful and well-organised in a good old-fashioned way. Recommended indeed, especially for a base tour hotel. Thank you.

We came with the group,they all had sea view rooms,requested to change,reception was un friendly,rude,otel was smelly,we didnt like at all,if you have a chance stay elsewhere after being a long journey they didnt make you welcome not happy.

Single room with French bed with no room to maneuver and too minimal. Good breakfast and free parking. The "enthusiasm" of the receptionist could be improved: a smile never hurt anyone!

Останавливались в этом отеле в ходе туристической поездки по Сицилии. Очень понравился! У меня был небольшой, но уютный номер на 5 этаже (504). Душ, фен, гель д/душа. Вместо шкафа открытая стойка с вешалками. Сейф, минихолодильник, телевизор, кондиционера не было в номере. Приличный балкончик, налево видно море сквозь пальмы . В отеле всё чисто, аккуратно. Хорошие завтраки (ниже на один от ресепшн), там же можно и поужинать, если сил совсем нет идти куда то))) Небольшой бассейн на территории, бесплатный вай-фай лучше на ресепшн берёт. Ещё плюс отеля- выход через калитку прямо к Ионическому морю. Проходишь мимо бассейна, слева от калитки кнопочка-звонок на ресепшн. Тебе открывают, и вот оно – морюшко. Можно купаться/отдыхать, можно налево пройтись по набережной, где расположено много кафешек на ужин.

Номера красивые и отель новый, но не такой уж и хороший, как ожидалось. В комнатах на потолке можно было найти плесень, в другой комнате, которую мы тоже сняли, ползали муравьи по изголовьям кроватей. Ванна и душ не закрываются на ключ, это очень не удобно. Кухня находится внизу, завтрак был включен, но меню каждый день было одно и тоже и сильно надоело, с первого дня не особо хотелось там есть, так как на завтрак в основном предлагают лишь круассаны , колбасу и хлеб с сладкими пирогами. Очень надоело это есть в сухомятку каждый день. Бассейном воспользовались один раз, ужасно пахнет хлоркой и каждый день он ужасно грязный от пепла, который налетает с вулкана. Море через калитку и через дорогу-пляж не плохой, но как и все пляжи на которых мы побывали в Сицилии- не оборудованный Парковки к сожалению почти никогда не было возле отеля Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый и приятный Уборка номера на высоте
