Hotel Olé Caribe

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. Horribly humid rooms. I could not sleep. I had to leave the next morning and I had paid for days. When I complained about the bad things about the rooms, they did not refund my money and were also super rude with everything. The worst vacation experience of my existence. Don't waste your money...

It went from one of my favorite destinations to a disposable destination. The deterioration was notable in terms of attention, especially in Food and Beverages and enforcing the rules of non-smoking and smoking areas. I paid for my wife and my 4-year-old children for Christmas dinner (USD 100 for adults and USD 50 for children), we arrived at 10:00 PM, 1 hour after the start of dinner at 9:00 PM, there was only leftover food. Also, they didn't give us grapes or Champagne as a toast. It was oversold. The hotel has no smoking signs or smoking space, which confuses guests. They allowed a guest to smoke in the breakfast area which was the trigger for us to leave, there was a dog on the 3rd floor where we stayed, crying, although I am not against animals, it is not the hotel's policy to accept animals. Finally we asked permission to stay a little longer after 1 while we got settled and they told us that we had to pay USD 65 for late check out, which was until 4 pm. As for the room: the beds with expired mattresses, they have not done a deep cleaning in the joints of the ceramics for a long time, they have several ceramics and broken tiles that should not be from a 5-star hotel, the toilet paper is delivered started that is to say not new, and loses its hygiene. The hair dryer didn't work but they replaced it, the WIFI in the rooms was terrible, and cable television that is no longer a trend. We slept the night of January 1 with a fly in the room.

Si quieren ir a un hotel donde la atención del personal sea A1, vayan al hotel Ole  Caribe. Es un remanso de paz, con su piscina y palmeras. Tiene sus detalles pero al final uno busca un oasis como éste. De paso, se come muy bien. Vayan, vale la pena. Les aseguro que es mejor que otros hoteles más costosos y de renombre en la zona.
