Charming boutique style hotel with a really nice inside patio, very quiet, really big rooms and great design, both modern and warm. I particularly enjoyed eating in the patio. Personel very attentionate.

The stay was impecable !! The service was incredible and the hotel had a lot of details !! Astonishing pool with a view !!! Fully recommended !! Lots of greens and plants !! Hotel manager amazing also!! Special mention to Maria , Roger and Nikolay for the hospitality and gentle treatment !!

Amazing hotel, the room is big and spacious. The restaurant has a nice outside area The swimming pool on the roof top is great and has a nice view We also had some massages, absolutely recommend ; but most of all amazing staff, always so kind and help full, thank you for having us

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay with no outside noise. The room design was unique and thoughtfully arranged, with a spacious, spotless bathroom that added to the comfort. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. However, the breakfast experience fell short of expectations, the service was quite slow, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay, especially if you value calm surroundings and clean, well-designed rooms, but the breakfast service could use some improvement.

This is just pure magic, our experience was absolutely out this world. It was so pleasing that we felt like royalty. Staff members are extraordinary and their attention to detail is unmatched. This is truly a world class unique hotel. Its location, furnishings and espectacular views are unprecedented in Caracas.

Best hotel in Caracas. Very clean, world class service, top amenities and gastronomy. Located in the best area of the city. You won’t find better. They give attention to details, make you feel at home and surprise you only for the positive. They have a beautiful roof top pool. A great restaurant, A boutique atmosphere and a very safe and clean environment.

Best hotel in Caracas. Everything from the room to the amenities and the hotel staff was perfect. It‘s more expensive than other 5 Star hotels in the city but the value for price is much better than i.e at the Eurobuidling. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our wishes and we‘ll happily stay here again.
