I travelled to this magical beach in Brasil with my family. It felt as if life stopped as I looked at the breathtaking views. The hotel and complex was phenomenal with great service and hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun getaway. Can't wait to go back soon!

Positives Wonderful location Tremendous swimming pool and hot tub pool Very friendly and efficient staff Lovely big rooms (we booked a sea view with a patio) Large bathroom with a huge shower Very clean Lots of lovely seating places within the hotel grounds Negatives Very slow internet Patio needs a table and two chairs (does have two sun beds) Cushions for sun beds needed Food generally OK but not outstanding Overall had a great four night stay and would strongly recommend

Just about Manduca restaurant...I liked!!! I had a filha and it was delicious.. The icecream desert was also ver good. The Black marvelous in a special spot. Natureza abundant. I hope to come back and stay at The hotel, because it looks really nice and peacefully. If you you come to north São Paulo seaview, do not miss it!!!

Beautiful Resort with a fabulous clean, clear water beach! Swim in the ocean...it's perfect temperature! The employees are friendly and helpful, even though most do not speak English, but after all, we were in Brazil :-) Food is plentiful. Coffee is good. The pool is quite nice with a bar attached. Get a first level room with a patio gazing onto the lawn, pool and beach if you can. There's even a Beach Tennis/Volleyball court available on the sand. Walk to the north to a little beach food/marina area and have an açai bowl at Chileno! There's a little shop too there. Basically you're a ways from the town Caraguatatuba, but the resort has enough for you! Also, a salon and a masseuse available. Friday night they had a beach bonfire with live singer/guitarist singing Brazilian numbers and American music too. Very good!

This hotel is a little outdated. Pros: location is beautiful; the staff is amazing and kind; drinks a sandwiches are very good; the pools are very nice (they have two, one of them heated). Cons: Rooms need an update; Air conditioners were dirty; the food buffet (breakfast and dinner) is average and it could be better for the price tag. No one during breakfast will ask you if you want something else (an omelette, cappuccino, etc) Coffee and beverages with milk only from a machine. Dinner is a little better than breakfast but still on the average side. I would not return or recommend it for now. Let’s wait a few years and give it a chance for improvement.

Very bad service it took me 1 hour to wait for a rosbife baguete without cheese than it came wrong with cheese and waited 1 more hour plus every time we waited at least 1 hour to get any appetitive, no Wi-Fi working, buffet just with one option of hot plate, menu very limited, some place around the pool without light, all the sofas at the beach area are ripped and very dirty, the beach towels are so dirty. We had a very big disappointment NO WORTH

Excelente hotel, com ótima estrutura de lazer. Local muito agradável e seguro, principalmente para quem vai com crianças. Limpeza impecável, quartos confortáveis, comida, do café ao jantar, de excelente qualidade, tudo muito farto. Funcionários solícitos, nos atenderam muito bem.
