Beautifully kept hotel, set in a quiet location. The staff were so very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to store our bicycle's safely whilst we were out site seeing and also recommended some wonderful places to visit which we would never have found (Lagrasse being one of them) We will most defiantly be back, thank you Isabelle and Alain, and your wonderful team.

Reasonably priced hotel, but pretty far out from the main Cite de Carcassonne. Make sure you make arrangements if arriving after hours, this was a major challenge upon arrival as the reception was already closed. The rooms are pretty small and nondescript. Breakfast is overpriced for what is offered. I would likely not return to this place.

This is a lovely hotel just outside the center of Carcassonne. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are nice. As an American, I wish there was a proper shower vs the tub, but that's my only complaint. It was fantastic otherwise and my wife and I would definitely stay again!

A very beautiful hotel set in lovely surroundings, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed. Alain and Isabelle could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable - even going as far as putting a further mattress on to the bed to make getting in and out of it easier due to my husband having had a recent hip replacement Nothing was too much trouble. We only had breakfast on one of the days but there was a good choice available with lovely fresh produce. The pool was kept immaculately and always welcome at the end of a day of sightseeing. Having a gated property with plenty of available parking was also a bonus. I cannot recommend this lovely hotel highly enough for a calm, relaxing break away. Thank you.

We had a four day break at this hotel On the plus side, very clean, good breakfast, nice pool area and quiet location. Hôtel not in city centre so you will either have to get a bus round the corner or a taxi. Warning, taxis are few and far between so getting back to hotel can be tricky and expensive. This hotel is really a bed and breakfast as they don’t offer lunches and there are no local restaurants which is problematic if you just want to relax around the pool all day. You can get drinks but we formed the view that the owners would rather you spend the day out.

A beautiful peaceful place with an excellent warm pool. Miriam was just lovely and welcomed us warmly. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions about the surrounding area and arming us maps and timetables. A perfect host! It was disappointing that our room did not have a fridge. As food is not available on site apart from breakfast, a fridge would have been most welcome in order to store snacks. Overall a lovely peaceful place.

Are only regret was just staying one night but we will be back , great location near Carcassonne , rooms lovely appointed , clean , it is a gated hotel with lovely grounds and pool area , staff great , my personal thanks to the hotel management as Ryanair cancelled flight within 24 hours of stay so as per booking we would lose reservation and money , however the hotel allowed us to move our reservation and therefore not lose our money at no cost , even though legally they didn’t need to , that is customer service and the sort of hotel I will always appreciate , great hotel and great attitude , merci and will book again on our next visit , highly recommended

A very comfortable and quiet hotel with very welcoming proprietors. Our room had its own private terrace to sit on which was lovely. The swimming pool is well maintained and we enjoyed cooling down in it. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes for all tastes. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!
